Better quality tyres. How far do you want to go? The basics have all been covered, much more will start becoming overkill unless you want to track your car. -
My guess would also be the ignition relay playing up, I don't have any idea about how to find it though.

HICAS ecu would be one of them, I wouldn't be removing any of them if you want everything to work properly. Post of some photos of them if you wan't more specific answers.

Not saying you are a young idiot with a turbo, but we do get a lot of the on SAU. As we said you can try and get the exemption but you have next to 0% chance of getting it. As for the disc is there a manufactured name on it?

Also the mods you can perform are severely limited while driving under an exemption, I agree with everyone else that you won't get an exemption. Since they department base exemptions off manufactures data, power being 186kw and curb weight being 1390kg you end up with 132 kw/ton.

Well you can do both with both, depends if you are after an investment or a car to drive. The GTR will be more likely to become a collectors car, albeit unlikely if you only get a v-spec.
