Rental prices dropping in clayton. Went from house on half-block in clayton to same size house on bigger block + outdoor area and garage in rowville for $50 less a week. Old house was on the market for over 6 weeks and had to drop $20 a week to fill it.

Man, SQL 2008 & R2 plus manufacturer software has turned my computer into a complete slug. Chews 2gb of memory at idle and 97 processes running. I also blame antivirus, but not much uou can do about that. SQL 2010 runs ok and so does SQL anywhere from 1997 f**k you rick berman

god that narration is painfully bad. but really, its no different than any revenge movies of the last 5 years. The destruction physics look good. and i dont like games telling me what i can and cant do due on a moral basis. women and children. -
