  1. can vouch for this. will put up decent chart when exhaust leak is fixed but turbo sounds like a truck spooling
  2. anyone know the generic nissan exhaust stud size? im getting conflicting info with KAs, SRs and RBs. M8 or M10? 1.25 thread? need studs with thread longer than 47mm (apparently you can get 52mm but havent found anything so far)
  3. look at... my sexy facial hair... oh man, hot damn its everywhere!
  4. i know the reference but i still dont get it. its the machine that predicts the odds of golden ticket etc., isnt it? ??
  5. lol @ OP putting Cars: 10. you and cigarette salesman need to have a brawl. he has 12 cars that can beat you measily 10. f**kstick.
  6. <-- had turbo car on late P's (goddamn Vic rules mean 4 years on Ps). But it was for occasional weekend use and track days. Still spent more time off the road than on the road. People can barely make it driving a mildly modded N/A skyline without being hassled. GTR is just jail bait. Learn what you can from others and about parts and plan what you want and make a budget etc. It'll make your dick go hard thinking about what you could do but think of all the monies you saving. then just buy a pulsar and youre set for hassle-free, low maintenance P's.
  7. goddamnit Grant, use multiquote. this aint no Whoretown. and yes:
  8. still waiting on dem milkshakes.
  9. Why dont we all change our avatars to pictures of ourselves. That will bring the milkshakes to the yard.
  10. Jamie hadnt been round much lately. What crackin?
  11. nothing makes exciting racing like watching Ferrari reclaim their F1 financial losses through hat sales.
  12. lol so true. dont really see the appeal of going to the F1s at all. would much rather pay a quarter of the price and actually watch some interesting racing with variety.
  13. My oldish OCZ SSD kept causing my OS to start misbehaving 8-12 months in. Did a reimage every year or so and it was ok. Now its just a slave to another newer SSD and its ok so far
  14. My mum says im cool (yes)
  15. 8 hours normal + 6 hours double time + LAHA = dolla dolla bill y'all. covers living expenses and wasted track day over weekend Sandown in April: come at me. 230km/h down the straights oh yeah.
  16. Keep in mind Leigh, pics or it didnt happen.
  17. ahhh so that's why everyone wants 2 door skylines....
  18. hotdogs for lunch is a fantastic idea. would kill for a kransky and sourdour roll though
  19. enjoy! it's not slow. 1992 ford laser with 4 adult passengers is slow.
  20. P1 photography on Facebook was there, give it a few days/weeks though since he was also at Phillip island this weekend.
  21. you've come too far to back down. saw your car on zero clearance. the first of many photos no doubt. don't let someone else snap it up and take in the glory.
  22. soon. once leak is fixed. at the moment drives like a lag monster... steadily creeps to 5500 then suddenly at 7500+. lol only happened once and it was unintentional. While this setup is tidier and cuts down on pipe length, it does seem to run warmer when cruising and idle. I suspect mainly due to less room between radiator and block. Currently looking at getting a vented bonnet, which may help that issue a bit. just some more pics of piping
  23. that's messed up
  24. speaking to a friend who works at a volkswagon dealership... apparently customer came in for routine service on new gen Golf. "do you know why my golf keeps going through so much oil?" friend spoke to some people and found out the new golfs are designed to use up oil. around 2L per 5,000-10,000kms or something not sure if trying to keep regular servicing or trying to meet emissions standards/efficiency. and heard about audi servicing too... blimey. Audi 15,000kms service: $1200. Q7 brake pad replacement: just under $1000 a corner because need to replace rotors as well.
  25. oh man that is boss.
