Prices have dropped a lot in the CBD lately, so hence why it might be a good price. Most people steer clear because of cars: lack of street parking, tight garage spaces for residents and plain shit roads in the area. Friend of mine lived in a 2 bdr place and it was very nice and pleasant. Didnt have the usual drone of CBD living. However, its very easy to spy on people if your window faces a million other buildings with residents looking right at you (could be good or bad)
