I recently went down the race-seat saga and learnt a few lessons. My advice is firstly sort out how you plan to mount it. How low do you need it to be? will you be using pre-fabbed rails designed for your car or universal? does it cater for side-mount or are you stuck with bottom mount? THEN you can start picking a seat. If your rails slide, will you have to prop the seat up to clear the handle? Is the seat too wide? will it hit the roof?

the fact you guys are getting so worked up about it is also part of the problem that fuels the media. The more people realise that half the stuff they digest isnt news or remotely engaging, the closer we are to getting more real news out of the reporters. I just find it odd that you're like "man the fark up man the fark up hit the karnt" which is not that far removed from the slander that gets thrown around at the grounds that influenced the lass. If it bothers you how much he got worked up by it, then why are you bothering to get so worked up about it? My work phone is a Nokia C5 or something. Looks like the typical Nokia but has 3G etc. Battery life is worse than a taiwan smartphone, I first charged it all day, unplugged it and took it home. Wasnt touched for 2 days and then started beeping in the middle of the night cause it had low battery. Was on power save mode too. Sent from my iphone with 4% battery left

plenty of designs for RWD sumps, but anything bigger than normal for FWD hits the crossmember. found some custom stuff for the Sentra platforms, but it's all old old forum posts. mk, hopefully something just be made up in the one I got

ill have to take you for a spin sometime... when its running again baffled sumps for FWD SR20s dont exist, wew. Accusump? might struggle for room in engine bay. Dry sump? $$$

The GTiR motor has a few things that are better than a U or W (turbo FWD), so its basically just another turbo engine option. AWD doesnt tickle me fancy. that and GTiRs are urgly.

I'd need someone to take out the engine for me, since I couldn't do it. so it's an option, but I'm not really keen for it I guess.

does this shop have a name? lol James Race engines is look pretty good, but a bit far... would probably just give them the engine by itself.

I was at Auscarts a few months back and couldnt get much faster than a 30.6 lap (i think), but plenty of SAUers faster than me on gokarts. I'd be happy to fill up a spot if numbers are needed.

ok so on the hunt for someone to rebuild my engine... engine was originally built by midnight mods, all other work done by RE Autoworks (back in 2005-6). My run-ins with RE the last year havent been too fruitful, but I found out on the weekend he has now merged with RTR in Dandenong, who are reputable and seem like nice guys. and Ray knows the engine pretty well, so could be beneficial So far on my list is: DrDrift Forced Motorworx RTR any other suggestions?
