i love my PS3. bluray, media server, USB movies (before TVs came standard with USB slots) and HD graphics. might not have been a game changer, but certainly showed the 360 how it was done. Just hope they improve the interface, improve Wifi speeds, and the hardware potential can actually be unleashed. But even then, it will take more than a few good games to make me want to spend decent money on the PS4. ode to PS3:

just start a company like Illest. get some tshirts made using an underated MS Word font and print them in 2 different colours. then get some lanyards made up, a bazillion stickers to give away and suddnely people will pay money for that. cause its cool. and you are personally adding style and fashion to the car scene.

you'd be surprised at how little some engineers get paid. you'll also get annoyed at how many businesses write "Engineering" on the side of their vehicles and on business cards who "engineer" stuff, but arent "engineers". like the way you could say McDonalds "engineer" the way their burgers fit into those little boxes (good old days of cardboard rings and manual wrapping, so you knew if the burgers were getting smaller, as oppose to not knowing cause the box makes that difficult). you'll also feel sick when you see people with number plates "NGNEER". in saying that, you dont need a degree to be an engineer. and i kinda roll my eyes when i meet graduate electrical engineers who have been employed and do rotation for 2-3 years and not actually do anything or contribute to the business.

started playing with GTA4 again purely for Just Cause2 style gameplay (ie. using simple trainer and vehicle handling editor) couldnt care less for story right now. GTA5 is gonna have to have a bunch of cards up its sleeve to make me want to buy it. i just cant see what else they can offer thats worthwhile

The only game in the last year ive stuck decent hours into (besides Skyrim, which I just wanted to beat) was Sins Of A Solar Empire: Rebellion. its a standalone expansion that contains the whole prequel + extra content. picked it up for less than $50. good RTS, easy to pick-up, years to master. check out some videos
