  1. Someone with more knowledge than me should know if it's even possible (I don't think it is), do some googling. Plenty of people on here pushing 320+rwkw on stock rb25 internals. Just freshen the stock motor up and you'd be good to go. Putting a RB25 neo head on a 25 is just as good as having a 26, without the oil issues.
  2. I hate autos as much as the next broad minded person. But when you like a car and it only comes in auto... Do what you gotta do #VIPlyf
  3. I guess most amateur drift cars break shit so often they don't get to drift regularly. But if it's been drifted it's probably pretty f**ked anyway. Can't win. Lesson: drifting is bad mk.
  4. I wouldnt mind a farmout/payout. At $1 a share I could almost get a deposit to buy a house in a respectable suburb but f**k that, pulsar would get handballed to a workshop to finish 100%. Motivation at an all time low. Use the leftover cash to sit there and do nothing. #boringbutsavvy #onlycountcashthatsinyourpocket
  5. I'll probably sell a small packet next week depending on where things are at. Will keep most until results. Otherwise the money sits in a savings account generating f**k all interest. Might as well make it work for me towards 12months ownership for dat tax-less muns. August is only a few months away and expected results are due before that.
  6. Conventional auto more appealing to me. Easier to service/maintain, and youre not completely f**ked and relying on dealerships if something goes wrong. If its a bit sluggish, someone probably makes a shift kit for them. Bobs your uncle.
  7. RC F, IS F, RC350 seem decent.
  8. Well thats not too bad then. If it was me and about to buy the M4 id want it in writing lol. Still think a lexus would be a much smarter buy... but thats just me
  9. Approx 8 business days till spud. Give it a few more days, but if youre gonna sell, sell before spud
  10. Comparing 2017 M4 to 2011 R35 seems abit unfair. Maybe 2017 R35 is a better comparison. Not sure how BMW warranty is with tune and exhaust as mods. Probably need a set of wheels too, get rid of those nasty run flats and might save yourself buckling a few OEM wheels
  11. if you get custom engine covers made up no one will know the difference.
  12. 400,000yen starting price for this 54B http://page12.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/p550187022
  13. Nah, save up a bit more money and you're in Lambo Countach territory http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Lamborghini-Countach/332108251014?_trksid=p2047675.c100012.m1985&_trkparms=aid%3D777003%26algo%3DDISCL.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D42399%26meid%3D06d632af9d7f4a86ae1860338a4efd8e%26pid%3D100012%26rk%3D2%26rkt%3D12%26mehot%3Dpp%26sd%3D272568321493
  14. ? you'd would be better off just freshening up the 25. Car looks super clean, nice pick-up
  15. Lol not sure if serious. About 100 ferrari and lambos driving Swan Street during the week never changing out of first. Is that "how it's meant to be driven"?
  16. I noticed the nationality of everyone who worked for vspec so I didn't want to make things too obvious. Thought maybe overseas money buying the cars, apparently not. Greg with dat insider info
  17. But would someone in Aus really buy a 1 of 3 Mines 34GTR and just hand it over to them to be sold? Thought stuff like that would go through exotic car auctions etc.
  18. I'm wondering where V-spec performance get the money/capital to buy some of the most expensive GTRs that pop up for sale. I'm not too cluey on how supercar used car dealerships run, but when starting from the ground up it must be a massive uphill battle until properly established. Looks like they almost have more cars for sale than they've sold since opening. I wonder if someone is fronting the cash as like an investment or buying overseas then giving it to the dealer to sell, dealer sells the car (eventually), both original buyer and dealership make money. The one getting pinged is the customer since theyre paying exorbitant prices for cars that sometimes dont have an accurate expected value. https://www.vspecperformance.com.au/temp2
  19. yeah best to figure out what you're after. If you want traditional bedding, service, food etc. There is often curfews and strict breakfast times (in room by 10pm each night, breakfast at 8am, but some places will waltz into your room to start setting up at 7:30am). Or if you just want the spa experience, there are hotels that offer public or private bathing (some open-air, some on top of buildings etc). Tattoos seemed like a strict thing when I was there. Lot of bathing places said to talk to staff beforehand, usually to give out bandages and stuff to cover up (depending on size).
  20. didnt you hear the news dude, they changed postal address. Bad omen.
  21. I'm getting spud mixed up with other things... actual informative post about the drilling plan (but not actually related to results or value or anything): https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ann-operations-commence-at-icewine-2.3312384/page-32?post_id=23523786#.WOMZ7LgQ_IU
  22. Buyers stacking up on 88E. I'm in the green. Not sure what the next few weeks hold, but spud is expected in around 10-12 weeks. Results even later than that... wondering if ride the train a bit, sell some, wait for hype to die down then buy again.
  23. Anyone got steves gtr on Facebook? Engine is out apparently?
  24. Didn't head to Nagoya, but I've heard good things about the car scene. Yeah I visited one of the Shirakawago villages. Very picturesque in winter from a distance, though the houses are still inhabited so it would be more pretty in spring or autumn. I think we stayed in the same hotel in takayama. Decent spot, the top floor pools were good. Yeah next time I want to head south and see islands/beaches/f*kuoka/Okinawa/Nagasaki etc
