  1. I am hiring for a 'Multimedia Production Assistant' role. It is a 12-month contract - full-time position (with opportunity to extend). I am posting here as my 2 choice applicants have both decieded to pull out a dodgy trump card at 'job offer' stage - and I'm rather keen to fill this role. You will be using Acrobat, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, Director - on both MacOS and Windows. This is NOT a design position (although basic design skills are required). The job description is attached to this post. Email me directly: [email protected] if you are interested.

  3. Yeah - is weird. I would have thought it would at least be in the AAP news briefs... they said it at every news from 7.30am onwards. Perhaps it was some strange dream... Surely someone else here listens to the radio news in the morning? Was Nova100.
  4. I've been looking for more info on this all day - to no avail... On the radio news this morning there was a story of a 'young man' driving a 'Nissan sportscar' and crashing at high speed - through a factory - taking out lights and factory stuff and whatnot - landing on its wheels and the guy getting out with na'er a scratch. Was in Scoresby. Police were amazed he was so unhurt and were 'discussing' it with the driver. Anyone else heard it or got any more info? James
