Just FYI - they do it there ALL the time. They have trainee police doing RBTs and licence checks. Not a TMU operation - they actually check 'normal' cars for basic roadworthyness and rego. It warms the heart, it does. The St Kilda Police complex is just down the road - they like setting up in Domain Rd too.
