  9. Just to bump this back up the list... We will be running a cruise to Shepparton on the Saturday to check out the show 'n shine and say hello to everyone. Details up shortly - just trying to see what we can do to make the drive more exciting. The GV Hwy just doesn't cut the mustard some days James
  10. How things like this get funding is beyond me - but this morning there were approximatly 700 68cm TVs being loaded as part of some 'installation' at Fed Square. GTTR34 - saw you from my office window as you were yabbering on your phone walking past BTW: that's a total viewing area of 1,540,00 cm2 What would you do with 700 TVs?
  11. * takes deep breath... NNNNOOOOOOOooooooooooooooooooooo
  12. Happy birthday Troy
  13. Hehe - and you would know
  14. Sydney Qantas - There's a despondant looking girl at a cart selling packs of original and a preset 'sampler' next to the departure gates.
  15. If I remember correctly, I saw a green 33 GTS-T parked outside a shop on the way to Footscray on Ballarat Road just before the bridge that crosses the waterway. It's on the left hand side. Leewah. For some reason, James was logged into my account. Damn you Golgo!!
  16. Al - those TEs are 9.5" wide so not suitable.
  17. As much as this must be a pain in the ass for you - I can't help but find it funny Will be a shame to lose the CEs though - they look porn. TB asks if the problem is with the offset - can new hats be fitted to act as a spacer?
  18. Darn right - we're the bestest It is nice to see this sort of stuff happening. I lost my keys after a particularly heroic drinking session a few weeks ago. They have a membership tag from a winery on them that says 'if found - please call xxxx'. Someone picked them up, called the number and I was able to get back in the house. Was so stoked - some nice people out there Saff - do you know Emre? He's more The land of goat sphincter rings than a the sphincter of the universe. Not sure why he's be in Fitzroy though (lives in Gippy) PS: feel free to get bluey - I've found something else. Going to see it on Tues...
  19. Lower Malvern Rd, just past Wattletree Rd - car lovers
  20. Will find out for you Paul...
  21. Hi all I have been asked by the Victorian Police to provide information on people who have been 'scammed' by Skyline Steve. In order to keep this thread as private as possible can I ask you email the information to me - and I'll pass it on the the police. I need your name, contact number and a description of what happened - with an estimate of the amount you are out of pocket. email to: [email protected] If anyone affected wants more details, or the direct number of the investigating officer - PM me, as publishing this information may affect the police investigation. Please keep this thread as civil as possible. Thanks all for your help. James
  22. Saff - yes, that was him. Snows and I had a quick chat.
  23. Thanks for reminding me Wayne... Guys this is an event being run in conjunction with NDSOC to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the R31 (7th generation) Skyline. The event is being held over 3-days at the end of July this year (28th - 30th) Plenty of information here: http://www.skylinenationals.com Entries and such can be handled through the site, but we'll be arranging an SAU cruise up to check out the show on the Saturday in particular. If people are interested in competing or at least entering the concourse - let us know and we'll make sure you have some support James
  24. Whilst I don't agree with their blanket usage of the word 'hoon' - it's always good to see some positive articles. Nice that they mention Heathcote too. http://carsguide.news.com.au/story/0,20384...0-21822,00.html A good note from the police officeer who runs Drag Right too - "Pepperkamp would like to see more drag-racing strips around country Victoria. They could also be used as venues for driver training and give young drivers somewhere to race their cars safely." James
  25. I like this one...
