Yeah good point there has always been a lot of people boasting about redline shockproof oils etc etc but once again is it just personal preference or are these oils actually making any sort of difference

Hey guys Has anyone had any experience using genuine Nissan oils more specifically for their gearbox I have been reading into it but I can't seem to find a great deal of info of them being used in older skylines they have it in 75-90 GL4 which suits my application but I want to know if it's actually worth getting and if it's any good Or would it be worth getting redline MT-90 Anyone? I had similar issues when I had a front end smash and put a cheap fmic on until I could afford to go back to the blitz fmic I had previously before the accident long story short after a dyno run I went and got the blitz one straight away because the cheapy was not doing me any favours whatsoever

Nah it's not moving as freely as it should but there is some preload what actuator would be the best option to go with you think ?

So would I be better off settling with an RB20 actuator?

R33 actuator issues Hey guys I'm having issues with my actuator on my 33 it keeps getting stuck open it never used to have this issue and I haven't changed anything for this problem to arise i can only assume its just seen better days even if I move it by hand it get stuck open halfway.. It's the stock RB25 actuator and I'm running 14psi with a boost tee on the stock turbo would i be best to settle for a 14psi actuator from turbosmart considering that's the set boost level that I always use ? i have heard some people use a lower psi actuator but run higher boost which I can't quite understand but would I be right in saying that a 14 psi actuator for a 14psi boost level be better suited for my application? Just wanted to check in with other members before I go spending the money Cheers

R33 sticky wastegate Hey fellas im having some issues with my 33 the wastegate has started getting stuck open the past few days but eventually after turning the car off and letting it cool you can hear the wastegate snap shut and the spring ping back I assume this is due to metal expansion from heat rb25det stock turbo on 12psi any ideas on how to prevent this or what to replace it with cheers

R33 gtst water temp sensor R33 gtst s2 rb25det 97 Hey fellas anyone here have any idea what voltage the water temperature sensor should be running at so far I'm getting a reading of 1.06v on warm through PFC sensor check just yes I am looking at the ECU water temp sensor not the dash sensor and I don't have a multimeter for testing thanks in advance

I have tried grounding each wire individually but it's not having a bar of it I'm thinking of just getting a whole new column tbh to rule out any wires that might be broken etc etc frustrating to say the least wiring is a bitch

R33 Horn wiring 96 R33 gtst S2 G'day could someone please shed some light on how to wire up the 33 horn on an aftermarket wheel I have searched absolutely everywhere and have found nothing helpful at all I understand how to connect it but I can't seem to get any response from any of the wires For starters the horns work when I put a feed directly through them. i have replaced the relay i have changed the fuse to rule that out also and I have tried testing different wires and earthing wires out which i understand the horn works when earth contact is made I have 2 wires on a block connector which I know are for airbags then I have 3 wires which have been cut being blue red and yellow (photos below) and I have tried multiple connections and I can't get anything out of it.. i have the whole column apart and I can see the wires that would run through to the factory wheel but Im having a real crap time can somebody point me in the right direction

What is this? R33 GPS Relief Unit Anyone know what this is it says GPS relief unit and it's something from factory but I assume I don't need it just wanted to check before I pull it out
