  1. thnxx , mate, but i was just wondering if exhausts overheat might also indicates that the turbo is overheating? because its flows from the turbo

  3. hi everybody. i am just wondering if anyone knows what the sunvisor or sunshade on at the top of the driver's side is talking about, its in japanese. All i can see is its talking about exhaust overheat indicator. Anyone knows what it is about?

  8. hi all , i'm just wondering what is that switch that is near the driver's air con vent on r32's(near the indicator ). the switch has a large and small fan pic on it. i think it has got something to do with air con, but i dont know whats it for and where the air con is coming from once the switch is on
  9. i seem to have the exact same problem mate... , normally at traffic lights during idling it will go to near zero, or else it will either stay ar quarter to 4 or 4, never went up above 4. i asked my mechanic and he says he might be faulty or the engine is seriously low in pressure!, well i'm getting a gauge soon to see if its faulty or not.. i heard that if its low in pressure, knocking will occur. But then again, when u start the car, the first few seconds the rpm will stay at 2k... if knocking occurs, it will go up higher at a fraction, if all is normal, the ecu will sense it and it will idle below 1k.. mine idles below 1k after a while.. so i'm assuming everything is alright !
  10. hey great pics ! thats a very good effort , hehe, esp the pic on the highway ! multitasking ! LOL ,, see ya soon man

  15. it can be done mate, tahts what my installer told me too... he said he had 10 yrs experience, and told me that both turbo timers and remote start cant go hand in hand. i figured a way through it. first valet the car, that means leave the car running while u take out the keys, then arm the alarm, then shut off the car with the remote start feature, once u do this, the turbo timer will take the job and shuts off accordin to the time.. hope it helps.. mine worked p/s: u have to arm the car first b3fore using the remote to shut the engine off.. coz, once u shut off the car before arming the car, u can only arm the car once the engine stops. and also remember to disable the ignition controlled door locks, if you dont, once the turbo timer is off, the car will disarm again ..
  16. sorry, for making it short, the case is, one of those plastic bags got stucked on to my exhausts piping. Then the exhausts heat sensor indicator comes on, i took it to the mechanic. he says the plastic bags underneath it is burning , thats why the exhaust heat sensor is coming on. he says , once the plastic bags are removed and scrapped off, reset the battery , it should be okay. but after he is done with that. i took it home and the exhaust heat sensor still comes on.
  17. hi guys, few days ago one of those transparent plastic bags got stuck on to my piping, and eventually melted [ thats how it got stucked ] later of , i took it to a mech workshop to scrap it off , after resetting the batt, it the light did not come on, but after the 2nd time driving it, the light comes on again , i checked, there wasnt any plastic bags there anymore, and i dont know why the indicator is coming on .. help ..

  22. nah its not that high voltage, its a litted R34 , very small, 12v would do and its not long enough to connect from the batt, it would be similiar to connecting a power source to a boost gauge , small wires
