Hi Guys, As topic states, I am searching for a Sparco Group N Quick Release Steering Hub like the one shown below. I am really only after the gold locking mechanism that bolts to the steering wheel, as i already have the spline section that bolts to the boss kit, and want to be able to swap between 2 different steering wheels easily. But if I have to buy the whole thing, then so be it. Let me know what you have, and a price please. Cheers Damo

Are These Rims Fixable? Help Please (Pics)
R32GOJIRA replied to tripsteady's topic in General Automotive Discussion
There is a company down in wollongong (unanderra actually) called spot on wheel repairs. When i aquaplained into a ditch on the highway headed home one night, my left rear rim looked like a cresent moon!! and the front left took a bit of a bump too. I had work equips on the car. The centers were ok thankfully. These guys took all 4 rims, pulled them apart, resprayed the centers for me, straightened out the barrels, repolished the barrels and put them all back together again, and they looked a million dollars. Ran straight and true, balanced very well and held air like a brand new rim. Although it cost me a grand to get them that way, but they looked brand new. So if you only need two of them done, and not worried about the center respray, you should get away with under $500 (hopefully). -
Shroud me up before you go go, Dont leave me hanging, swear no homo.

Which Big Brake Kit
R32GOJIRA replied to DaanGTR's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
Have any of you thought about contacting PMU in Southport QLD for your pads? I spoke to them about getting some pads for my newly accquired LeMans Daytona Prototype Alcon calipers. I didnt know the pad shape or anything (custom setup going on an R32 GTR), so here is how i went about it: Emailed alcon usa [email protected] and told them what calipers and size rotors (diameter and thickness) I would be using and asked them what pad shape and thickness i could use. They should answer your questions in a coulpe of days. Should be easier with an off the shelf kit. Alcon usa also have a list on their site which gives you comparison part numbers so you can see what the part number would be for pagid=raybestos=pfc=brembo etc. Then take the part numbers alcon has given you with the max thickness they have given you and send an email to PMU [email protected] Tell them what you are using the car for and they will recommend a compound for your use. Unless you know what compound you want to run. Then tell them you want a quote and lead time, and they will fix you up. With mine, because they are motorsport brakes which i will be using on the street mainly, with quite a few track days in mind, they suggested the HC+. But because they dont normally make that pad shape in that compound, they can get them made and brought in from Japan in 3 to 4 weeks, at a fairly decent price too might i add. So if you can plan ahead, this is a very good option. -
^^^ Oooh they look purrdy!

If you want to be able to swap your exhaust out really quickly, use what is called a tri clover. Basically like a v band clamp, but it does up with a wing nut, so you dont even need a spanner or ratchet. Have one on my R32 GTR so for track days i can swap it out in under 5mins at the track if need be for some straight through goodness. -
Ive got some satin black TE37s 17x9.5" with what i believe is a +12 (could be +15, not 100%) PM if interested.
