  2. ^^^^^^ Love the colour!
  3. That is so PORN!!!!! If I wasnt contemplating going to a single i would definately snap this up. GLWS man.
  4. MOAR SQUATS!!! haha And maybe a big cup of concrete.
  5. I cant upload photos through my work computer and dont have the net at home. So stuck with a phone which i cant figure out how to upload photos from. Kinda sucks. Cosa reckons he's on the case. I wish i could post pics, unfortunately not the case for now.
  6. ^^^^ This!! All i can suggest is do a couple of warm up set to get the blood pumping and get in your groove, then pile the weight on and squat like your life depends on it. Even if you want to try and go a bit heavier than you normally would, squat till your legs are parallel and then come back up. Get yourself used to the weight and slowly start to increase the depth of your rep. I found this to be an amazing way to build strength. And if you can lift more, you will grow more. I only do light weight and high reps maybe once every month just to shock the legs and pump them until your legs feel like they are full of battery acid!!! Usually its something like 4 sets of 100kg squats for 20 reps, or 300kg leg press @ 4 sets of 40.
  7. Faaaaaarrrrrrkkkkkkkk!!!!!!!!!
  8. Wicked effort Birds. Its the grip that kills ya hey. So does this mean so far im guna have to do 15 reps at 150kgs to come into contention? My hands are guna DIE! lol
  9. Mungy, I understand that, i was only stating that a brass and copper radiator will help disperse the heat more efficiently than an alloy equivalent, in which case, may help in reducing coolant temps. If your going to go through all the trouble of mounting the radiator in the floor pan of the boot and are worried about it lying down, why not have the radiator standing up and mount it where the sheet metal between the back seat and the boot should be? Seal it off, use the same ducting concept, and have it venting up out of the bootlid with another duct. Dale, yes i had a look at the radiator cores before everything was done, they are both tube and fin, same shape turbulators, same core size, same tube and fin count/inch, same tank design. They are identical.
  10. Just a little input. I had a custom radiator built for my R32 GTR. Was a twin pass cross flow. PWR 2" dual core with custom alloy tanks. Had non stop problems. Wouldnt keep the car cool and the core leaked twice in 3 months. For me the alloy radiator wasnt any good. Then had exactly the same radiator made up in brass and copper. Now I cant get my car to overheat no matter what i do. It seems to disperse the heat much more efficiently.
  11. haha yeah, Cosa followed me up from the gong and our mate was in his car taking a few photos. I thought he might have taken a couple of photos on the way up. I didn think he'd take THAT many lol.
  12. I did get to down load it, i just cant post pictures from my work computer (stupid government restrictions). The download file was something like 1.3gig.
  13. Squats, Deadlifts and Bench. The three main compound exercises for building size and strength.
  14. Thats the truth right there!!! Want BIG legs...... Shut up and SQUAT!!!
  15. I actually gained 17.2 kgs in mass, according to my doc it was 15kg of lean muscle and something like 1.9 kgs of fat and 0.3kg water. From what i remember. But the 15kgs of lean muscle is 100% right. And i dont think you sound like a massive dick, you just sound like someone who is sceptical, and if it didnt happen to me personaly, i would probably think the same as well. Just letting FIGJAM know what worked for me. I am 30 years old now, trained a little (not seriously) in highschool. Started training seriously somewhere between 21 and 22, so yeah around 9 years of solid hard training. Now i have increased my weight from 62 to about 99kg (with a little extra body fat but im not worried), and every extra little bit that i put on gets harder and harder to achieve. And i never claim to be lean as i know im currently at about 15%bf which is fairly average.
  16. I had my doctor give me a full physical and check up before i started training, and have gone every 6 months like clockwork to have the same done. Always like to keep track of what my body is doing and to make sure nothing is wrong. Just like looking after your car. Gotta look after it and service it if you want it to run right. BIRDS your right, I did also gain a little fat, and also retained a slightly higher amount of water due to the increase in body size.
  17. Terry, if you get through all the photos on the link Cosa posted up, mine is the one with the orange cam covers. Chose the colour for something different, plus it stands out.
  18. Squats are your friend. No matter how much you may hate them. They help release natural growth hormone and help build overall size and thickness. Ive just dedicated this year to focusing on my legs. Hard to fill out when you are tall. Twice a week, Monday and Friday, every week for a whole year. If that doesnt make them grow, i dont know what will. Wait.......i do know, but its illegal lol.
  19. Ill see what i can do. Like i said, id love to put some up.
  20. After the 6 months i weighed in at 79.2kgs. I remember because i sent a photo to my mate who was living in queensland at the time and i hadnt seen him for ages. He refused to believe i was natural and asked how much i weighed. This was nearly 9 years ago, but i still have the stretch marks on my shoulders and ass from the rapid growth.
  21. Id be more than happy to if i could, the only problem is i cant upload photos off my phone and i only have the net on my computer at work (yes i am still living in the stone ages with no net at home) and its regulated and wont let me upload stuff (damn government restrictions lol). Im not that lean, nor do i look massive. I currently weigh between 98 and 99kgs, roughly 15% bf and am 6'4". I just try to train like an animal. Bench 130kgs, squat 180kgs, deadlift 260kgs. Obviously my max weights, so only for a couple of reps. And eat as much as i can, whenever i can.
