    and yesterday arvo at daleys point / empire bay a white r33 gtst i think, plates HER25T, and im pretty sure a chick was driving.... go figure!

    spotted a maroon R32 the sarvo at south kincumber..... didnt get a wave back always akward when that happens..... haha and the misses goes who was that LOL and a black R32 going up the central coast highway going passed avoca drive on saturday i think.......... either high 2nd gear or high 3rd gear on full boost did sound pretty tough as you went passed!

    well guys thanks to the guys that helped me make my decision on what to do.... i went down to best mufflers in carlton ( near kograh ) and chris ( im terrible with names ) was a very helpfull guy.... knew exactly what i wanted to acheive and did it with no fuss and knew exactly what he was doing and did an excelent job! would recommend him to any one especially with 30yrs of experience. the misses hoped in the car straight away and was like thats so much better i ended up removing the mid pipe between the cat and the rear muffler and replacing it with a stainless steel and magnaflow muffler oval..... sounds so much better. i would have to say the drone is 90% better and my full titanium exhaust was loud and not very friendly even when cruising and lost its amazing RB sound when up high in the revs... now with the mid muffler its softer than my full titanium but a real nice tone, and driving its got its tough sounding RB sound back instead of this hoon megaphone exhaust that sounded like ****. here are a few pics. and now for sale is the titanium pipe if anybody is interested as its usless to me now cheers guys. kane.

    anyone???? $400 its an absolute bargin! if your looking for a tough sounding aftermarket exhaust this is it! i have a video clip i can show you and it has excelent sound so you can hear what it sounds like

    FML really! ^^^^ I've been told its the resonator It could be the cat It could be the front pipes Now the end muffler/cannon some even say wrap the front pipes with exhaust wrap, whilst others say wrap the exhaust. whilst others say wrapping the exhaust will make the titanium system become to hot and crack Im so confused about what decision to make!

    Well I sepersted the exhaust from the brace and it still drones.. It was the flange that was touching not the actual pipe..... But anyway stop didnt do anything..... Next idea I think I might exhaust wrap the front pipe and then failing that a whole new mid pipe with bigger muffler...... A few people are saying it could be the front pipe or cat??? Anyone. Have any ideas or thoughts?

    Ok guys I got under my car today and found the exhaust is up against a metal brace... Could this be the cause of my drone? I was gonna exhaust wrap where its touching but ran out of time today, as ive for other stuff to do, but would that do anything or do I actually have to make it stop touching all together?

    Well I think this branch resonator looks like heaps of work and yes since getting under the car the other day, there isn't alot of room at all. I think im going to insert a mid muffler and take out the resonator, as its the easiest way, and im not looking about weight issues, as this car is not a 600hp track car, im just after the exhaust to loose its drone and be that tiny bit quieter, You miggt say sell it and buy another one, but I waited 3 months for this exhaust to get here... I love the look of it, and want it to work, as in ive waited this long dont wanna just turn around and sell it I know people have thoughts about what I just said so shoot them at me Also add what type of stainless muffler I should get based on previous knowledge and use along with your thoughts

    wow! I dont have a clue what ur talking about haha, gas temperature? and how do i find out what frequency the drone is at?

    Would a side branch resonator make the exhaust a bit quieter? Also is the formula easy to work out? And where would I place it in my exhaust?

    ronin 09. Cheers for the help, Im not fussed about weight, TI sound would be good... But im just after getting rid of the drone it has and making it a tad quieter as its a bit louder than what I thought it would have been. Cheers
