  2. a) Depends on how modified your car as, if you cant get a roadworthy than it should be a simple case of transfering rego over. Expect to get pilled over by the cops here, there are quite a few cops on the coast who have personal vandetta's against car enthusiasts. Some people might dissagree but i and other sunnt coasters will tell you what realy goes on. They do have blitzes every now and then usualy on a sunday.. Just make sure your name and rego stays out of the little note pads they carry around.. b) We have PB Ultimate 98, Shell (whatever it is 98) And caltex Vortex 98, they're the best ones. As said gimpie has some skid pans ect and isn't to far away.   5. Hey guys while we on a suspension thread any idea where i can get ohlins serviced, and maybe one rebuilt? Or is it even worth doing as i've heard rebuilds can cost nealy as much as buying new. Sorry for hijack btw.
  6. Your car has two factory BOV's, they are very good even for high hp applications, so you wont need to change them even when upgrading your turbo. Dont boost your turbo's over 1 bar and you should be safe aswell.
  7. Just a question, i have been issued a fine, and been defected for having a atmo bov, its a hks ssq so its pretty damn quiet, cant even realy hear it so its not a noise issue. This was quite some time ago, but can anything be done about said fine, eg finding documentation i can carry around in the car if another cop pulls me over and tries to fine me for the same offence? I was issued by the road traffic police a picec of paper with a reference code about emissions when i got pulled over, so that piece of paper was untruthful or missleading? Cheers.

Awsome thread guys, what would make it even better would be a summerised pdf or something of the like with every lillte modification needed to be done so people like me dont miss a any little detail on a build. I know its probly a huge amount of time doing it but atleast then people will know exactly every mod to do to get the job done right, like a checklist of sorts.. That would make it so easy to do!   10. If your car is sparking properly then no it's not worth it if your power goal is only 200rwkw, money could be spent else where better. Syaing that i have 230awkw and i have splitfire coils, the car felt like it has more torque and feels alot smoother when boosting with them. Cheers.

  13. Go for the power fc, tried and proven to be more than ample for the job, and you will get the best results from it over a tuned/chipped ecu. N1's should see 300 to 350awkw and a bit over, 25/30 will make more like 350 up to 380awkw and over.. Factory cooler will be " ok " but not ideal, better intercooler will see better performance.. Cam gears are good! Stock fuel rail is fine, bosch 044 fuel pump and nismo reg should be perfect Injectors will need an upgrade.. 550cc ~ 600cc should be ideal, but can go bigger if you want more head room. Front pipes and dump pipes will reduce backpressure and will increase power as well as quicker turbo spool.. Go the z32's over the rb20's Do you have a budget in mind and there's alot of $$'s worth of mods in there..
  14. Just to confirm this is the same turbo and with the same style setup it will make around the same power.. 330rwkw will be a breaze.
  15. Some of japans fastest circuit gtr's use singles as opposed to twins.. There are a billion choices and opinions about what should be done to a gtr and what they reprasent.. In the end its up to the individual. I'll be following this thread with keen interest too!

Haha yeah, happened about half way up on a pretty sharp corner, we managed to go between a gaurd rail about 2 meters to the left and a massive tree 2 meters to the right, so yeah we where kinda lucky we didnt smash into those otherwise we would have been mashed up pretty badly.. my fone battery died so i dont have any pictures which sucks because all you could see was the cannon sticking up and the fuel tank, the rest of the car was over the edge wedged against a tree holding us from dropping about another 7 meters down.. when the first 4wd came to pull us out, it disloged the car from the tree and made it go down a bit further, so we had to get another 4wd to help, we also had to dig away the top part of the cliff because the angle it was over was far to steep, so we had to kinda dig away at the edge for an hour to smooth it off. I've been in a car doing 160+ on that road with semi slicks.. much to my objection, more bloody silvia drivers heh..

  18. I was an unfortunate passenger in a mates car who went over the cliff edge two weeks ago at Peachester rd. Add going way to fast (140kmph), stock suspenson, no abs and 11:30 at night = 40+ meters of black skid marks leading over the edge of the cliff, 1 tree with bark missing and 1 tree snapped in half that landed on the roof. We went over the edge so fast we didnt go down, we kept going straight off the edge, hit a tree over the side of the cliff about 2 meters from the bottom of it, then bounced of it into another tree snapping it and it landed on the roof, then we dropped down (the front of the car down, tail up) and where hanging that vertical we where suspended by our seat belts.. I put my feet on the dash so i could undo my seat belt, opened the door and climbed up the b pillar onto the tyre and then the boot like a ladder... 3 hours later two 4wd's barely got the car out. Just goes to show even the most compitent of drives come undone.. i got some cuts on my hands from the broken glass and whiplash.. luckily the driver wasn't hurt.. I'll tell you one thing, there's a shit load of bloody spiders down there hahaha, i shat myself. Bloody silvia's.. Good road though

  20. Just letting you know stern rims are work rims, i have a set of stern rims with work stamps on the inner rim. these are an absolute bargain people, quality rims!
  21. The 16cm exhaust exducer is the smallest in the 33D series, you can also get a 22 and 24 from memory though i am not 100% sure. This one has the best exhaust for response. Has only done minimal km's on a supra! Feel free to pm me for more pics and info
