Anyone notice where the AFM is positioned aswell... ?

Two of my mates have been done for racing a Green commo ute thats been done up and looks like a nice modified ute, the ute comes up beside them, egg's them on then whoever races them gets pulled over when the ute's starts sounding the sirens and the blue and red lights start flasshing, both my mates lost there licences over racing that ute. I cant believe that the police are going so low as to encourage people to race them by acting like a hoon themselfs in a modified car, let alone the dangers of encouraging people to race at excessive speeds which could end up killing someone, both my friends said if the ute wasn't trying to egg them on they wouldn't have tried to race them. Fair enough they raced they got caught but it's how they got caught that's absolutly ***ced. It pisses me off to think they can get away with such bullshit. And they both got caught on a 60 zone on a very busy raod up here (infront of the caltex servo in marochydore if anyone knows the area ). It seems the police justify breaking the laws they're enforcing by catching so called hoons doing the exact same thing as the police use as a tatic to catch them. Another friend lost 3 points and got a 150$ speeding fine when an unmarked car pulled us over in my skyline when he was driving, the conversation went something like this... Cop: how are you tonight sir, have you been drinking blah blah.. ( had to do an rbt and licence check) Can you explain why you where doing 84 in a 60 zone My mate: I was doing 60k's not 84, the same as every other car around us Cop: Well i was following you for around 500m and saw you reach speed in the region of 84kmph.. My mate: I was doing 60, maybe 65 at the very most.. the same as every other car on the road.. can you show me the radar gun showing me doing what speed you said i was please Cop: I dont have to mate, I was following you for a good 500m and you speeds reached up to 84kmph, I sae this on my car's speedo, I get the cars speedo checked regulaly and thats what speed you where doing. Now that to me is ***cing bullshit, and to make things even wierder the cap said " I'll drop your speed down to 76 so you dont lose all your points and your fine will be $150 instead of $250 "... By the way it was a single cop in an unmarked car vs 4 people in my skyline. Fortunatly I have never been pulled over in my life for anything at all, not even an rbt, thankfully I haven't because if cops are like this to people in imports that i'll lose my licence... :thumbdwn: :thumbdwn: :thumbdwn: :thumbdwn: :thumbdwn:

As the tittle says I'm after a series 1 r33 gts-t nose cut, I'm pretty much after everything forward of the wheels, I dont need any pannels, front bar or the stock intercooler/piping, just everything else. Any help on this would be great. Also added to the list is a GTR front bar (do they bolt straight onto gts-t's?), any colour in good condition would be great. Cheers, mat.

When I bought my car it came with a CGC stage2 450HP upgrade allready done to it, it's probly your best option as everything will bolt straight back up perfectly. I'm not exactly sure if my car has standard injectors or fuel pump and I cant check as it's getting work done to it and not in my garage, but I've seen the turbo pump out 16 pounds with no problems at all and comes on boost strong at 3,400 rpm and really throws you back, enough to spin the wheels in the first few gears without droping the clutch.

I dont think I've been in a more stylish car for the price, the handling, the timeless body lines, the mod cons... and when the boost kicks in, it's just something I'm greatful to be driving. For something that's my day driver, I couldn't be happier. It's funny when I think about the friendships I've made just through the car and the people I've met just for owning a skyline. I didn't think getting this car would have had such a large impact on me and my life... as I said, there's just something about a skyline...

Skylines are an awsome car, no doubt. Sure there's other cars on the road that are appealing but the skyline allways has that superrior feel to it imho, it's hard to explain. There will allways be more expensive cars that go faster, but they are few and far between, but bang for buck the skyline is just such a good option. Before I got mine I was looking to get a worked rx3 13b rotary or a worked VL. After driving in both cars then going to a skyline I was sold, as simple as that.

Lap top. Simple... although lap tops are quite expensie you can get power addapters that run from the lighter plug for constant power, also you dont need a super fast laptop to run mp3's and simple data, something like an old 800mhz p3 laptop will do and you can get them for $800 these days with good extra's. Also by using a laptop you have everything in the one package, screen, mouse, keyboard... it's a good option and you can remove it from the car for other uses. It would save alot of fiddling around in the long run and be just as affective.

Could it possably be from a scatter valve bov..? Seeing they have multiple vents that release the pressure thats where the chu chu chu sound would be coming from.

Untill you've seen an excel that has pink interior, body kit with some sort of spaztic plane wing that moulds into the back of the car, fully sick sports zorst that sounds like one of those wet farts that dribble and the portions of the body kit that are not stardard are painted in blue, you have seen nothing!!! :bonk:

Tassie = colder weather = more powa! Tassie also has some of the best roads to cruise on, hill runs are amazing. Qld = hot / sometimes cold = girls + beach + stuff = you dont need all the powa. After living in both states for awhile I have to say qld would tip the scales as beeing better... But thats me, ask yourself why YOU would want to make the move.

As per usual I missed another cruise in my home town due to having to work, it looks like it was a fun day. Its funny, working pays for my car, I like to cruise, all the cruises are on when I work, can I ever win? :bs!:

I have an autowatch alarm with the remote start and what i have been told it's illegal for you to be out of the car when it is going weather its a turbo timer or remote start if your not in the car so it falls under the same law. By the way it's pretty funny when you leave your car in gear then go to show your mates how your remote start works, just dont park close to gutters
