Just a quick question. I am purchasing a used car from a private sale, do I pay him the purchase price plus the stamp duty etc? The reason I ask is when I sold my last car the dude payed me the purchase price and thats it. This dude is telling me that I pay him the purchase price and then the government charges.

Out of intrest I thought you would need 45 series tyres on a 17 inch rim for the R32 GTR not 55? I have 18's and was told I needed a 35 series tyre.
