hello people , took the rbdet for a drive after two months it stalled within five minutes , tried to start but only saw the fan runing slowly struggling and i tought it was the battery so i replaced that wont start i put it in 4th gear and started it only went slowly till even the fan stopped and looked like a seized engine so turned the crankshaft pulley counter clockwise but could not turn it clock wise, and i see the exhaust light on dash. wats white wire with purple strips under steering ? this one connected to each other . tested the starter motor that looks alright though i havnt checked the wiring apart from the top bolt which is turning forever the bottom bolt is tight the oil pressure sensor was unpluged and pluged it back finally . help me please thanks for reading

what part is this in red circle ? as you can see in picture its between oil filter and starter motor on a rb20det r32 engine help appreciated in advance.
