  1. http://forum.r31skylineclub.com/index.php?...p?topic=14164.0 Have a look there, but you will have to be mighty quick
  2. One place. Nissport in Moorabin. Joe down there is an absolute guru with those cars he knows them back to front, many people swear by there work, and so do I, they had no trouble doing my HR31 GTS-X. Labour is about $45 - 50 ph, but he is quick stuff which is handy as they are not easy motors to work on
  3. awesome stuff! I would be up for one! HR31 -> RB20DET But i would like to see final measurments / pics etc to suss out if it will fit my application
  4. Hey guys, Figuring that my stock RB20 dump bolted on to the back of my RB25 turbo with a 3" exhuast all the way wasnt fllowing to its potential, I went in search for a new setup. With inspiration from CES, I wanted to acheive something like this: But I didnt agree much with the price tag  So anyways I grabbed my self a 3" screamer pipe, and asked an exhuast shop to fabbricate a pipe and join it all up in a similar fashion. The exhaust shop didnt however tap in on the same length or the same angle, what I have now looks a bit like my attachment. (see below) (BTW: I'm not all that artistic, so no bagging please :uhh: hehe ) My question is ; The setup how it is now, the wastegate pipe comming directly down, will this be still creating turbulance anyway? What do you guys think? BTW, I wasnt happy with the shop in Victoria, very unprofessional, and came across that they really didnt know what they were doing, and seemed bored :spew:
  5. Must be in great condition and include end tanks, also prefer it to have the 3 inch or so bendy piping up to the engine bay. PM or e-mail [email protected] if you have one to sell :Bang:
  6. *BUMPY* Anyone know? Please plkease help
  7. Bingo, mine has 21 teeth as we'll, and by looking at your picture I think mine is an R32 GTR one as we'll. Sorry to hijak and go a bit of topic here, but does anyone know any nissan speedo drive's that have more then 21 teeth on it? I'v been doing a bit of reading up on it, and supposedly each tooth is meant to decrease the speedo by 4%, so if you measure the amount of inaccuracy you can judge whats suitable for you. If I cruise at 100kmh, my speedo reads about 115kmh, so I'd take this as an 15% degree of an inaccuracy? So I might need something with about 25 teeth on it.
  8. Just out of interest, how many teeth does the one on the right (the browny one) have on it? It looks a lot like the one I have in my HR31 with a VL turbo box in it. My speedo is up shit creek.
  9. Yep it was an NA and as far as I know it only had a pod and full exhaust. I'm not to sure on price overall, but I know they charge about $50 labour for usual work. If you have a problem with your Z, then this is the place to go. Joe is a genius, and his very quick, a lot of people leave happy customers (just ask on aus300zx.com.au). The other guys there know there nissans to. Nobody wanted to touch my GTS-X, these guys didnt have a problem with it Wouldnt hurt to maybe for you 2 ask them about it if your interested.
  10. Iv heard that the VG30DE responds very we'll to this kind of thing. When my brother took his 300zx TT down to his mechanic, they had one in there that they had just finished on the bosses broject car. He went for a spin in it, and I quote "Pulls much much harder, almost the feeling of the twin turbo but not quite" Howver I'm not to sure what lengths they went to, or what was involved. All i know is that it was a port and polish. This place is Nissport in Moorabin btw.
  11. Hey there Im very interested in the wing! Got any pics?
