  1. Everyone knows Schumie is "the best there was, the best there is, and the best there ever will be" "People don't understand how good he is. To beat Michael in equal equipment isn't possible, to beat him in better equipment is, thats what Hill did, what Villieneuve did and what Hakkinen did..." Eddie Irvine... I'm VERY one eyed.
  2. Saluations All... Its that time again, and this time its a long weekend Prediction (from Me) 1. David Coulthard (boohisss) 2. Michael Schumacher 3. Kimmi Rakkinen 4. Rubens Barricehllo 5. Juan Montoya 6. Fernado Alonso 7. Ralph Schumacher 8. Mark Webber I hope I'm wrong and the podium is 1. M. Schumacher 2. M. Webber and 3. Kimmi Rakkinen Hoping its a good race.........with a Webber somewhere in teh points.
  3. Agreed. 125 000 on a R32 would average out to be 11 000 per year, well below the average for a years driving. The only thing with a car of that age is you'll need to spend some money on stuff like suspension, etc etc....Its no great drama. My 1994 R33 GTSt has 121 000 kays on it...Still going great!
  4. The standard R33 GTS-t ECU is located behind the front kick panel on the passengers side, below the glove box.
  5. Yes...Yes, those puddles where rather deep. Andrew
  6. Nasho too far ? Pffttt, its been done many a time before Just watch out for those white skylines which dissappear and then turn up behind you ;)
  7. I'm a newbee too remember to bring your UHF hand held.. Any thoughts for a destination ??? Nasho ??? (George would love that one...) haven't done the old road for ages, is that still hot for cops ?
  8. Has anyone got the contact details for a Redline outlet in Sydney ? Thank You Andrew
  9. I got two sets.. No-one are touching the Tommy Armours thou....hehehe
  10. Not too familiar with you all, but I'll be up for this ? Is it a bring your own clubs things ??? Wonder how many golfers are in SAU ??? ummmm...
  11. I think the rear lights on the Aus-Spec ones are different too, in stead of four brake lights you get two brakes and two blinkers ??? Or something like that.
  12. In AKA Sprint Karts, if the start has deemed to be unfair or someone has jumped it they put out a green flag with yellow chevrons to indicate to slow down and reform on the track in your starting postions (karts have a rolling start.) I think your pole sitter might be watching too much F1..LOL...
  13. Red flag is a bad, bad feeling...but i personally find the green with a yellow chevron worse... Nothing like getting a perfect start and seeing that MF flag a few flag points down the track.....Or the red and white chequed
  14. Yeah, its like SF. Its a little more covert thou....like you can't shot everyone and win, you have to come up behind people and grab them around the neck and interrogaite them, use them as a human sheild..you get to use grapples and jump into windows...nice fun addictive game
  15. I wish they actually lost in Perth, wanted to see them win at home
  16. Anyone rate this game ? I've got it on PS2 and i'm addicted....
  17. As much as I'd love to see Mark Webber get maxium points from every GP, I hate this 2 lap countback rule, honestly, a car which has caused a reg flag accident and can't be driven shouldn't be awarded points in my humble opinon. ANDREW
  18. I have heard of some Japanesse installing switches linked to the ECU as a remote "reset" switch. When pressed it resets the ECU, and/or puts it in diahnosic mode. Thou, I think you'd hope for a performance switch then a reset switch. I too have a unknown red button in my car. It may also be an attempt at some sort of kill switch ???
  19. I agree with "whatisname". I'll be expirencing this morw with the cooler weather coming in soon. The bleed vavle may not be the problem, I have a Turbo XS bleed vavle and have NEVER had a major spike. My car has been set to 12psi and never had a problem (I've removed the little rubber hose which goes to the boost sensor, so it can't read an.) over boost.) A few more things..how are you reading boost ? if its a aftermarket gauge where is tapped into ? do you have a atmo. BOV...is it dirty or worn and could be venting under boost load ? After having a look at those things, I'd be cleaning your AFM (carfully with silicon spray) and taking the intake pipes off and spraying some carby cleaner down the intake manifold... after that, I'd considar the boost cut/fuel pickup problem.. Cheers
  20. 5 Time ! 5 Time !! 5 Time !!! World Formula One Champion. Schumacher, Ferrari - F1 World Champion 2003 (6Time, 6Time!!!) GEORGE!!! Saints ???? Who did they loose too in Round 1 ??? The mighty, mighty TIGERS!!! Bulldogs are the leagues dirtist sides!
  21. I wish every night go be that good.. You forgot the taxis before...would of perferred f1 first...but you know..
  22. The price of a car is also affected by supply and demand. The build, quailty and performance of the car has increased the demand for them, thus the price goes up. The R33 GTS-t is a great car, I wouldn't be turned off it just becuase its an import, if you find a good spare parts place/tunning shop they should be able to get you most parts over the counter, so parts aren't a problem. I'd be wary thou of insuring cars under parents names thou.
  23. The only cars I can think of that require a monster Tacho are high reving rotors or older cars without a rev limiter, or any car without a rev limiter and serious drag cars...otherwise there just a big wank IMHO.
  24. Gone are the days of old. I remember Def Wish Cast and MRE's Brethren with Trey playing at Five Dock Hall. Or Hyde Park, near the foutain....... unnnnmmmmm
