Truthfully. These forums are so succesful compared other ones, alot of people actually know who's who and theres plenty of info to be had. I was kind of serious about a 180SX thread, or maybe a subject heading "Other Nissans". The forums have come along wat...I remember posts on these very forums saying you could only be a posting member if you can actually prove you own a Skyline...LOL!

The GTR purple is available on Series 1 GTS-t. It was released as a special anniversary edition. I'm not fully sure of the details, but I can 100% say they do exsist as a factory colour. J-Spec had one a while ago and I'm seen borchures, on here maybe.....ITS EXTREMELY RARE thou. There is one in Sydney

A service once every 5k keeps the mechanic away... For me and a few mates this is what we do : 5k intervals Engine Oil with new oil filter Gearbox Oil Oil and Clean Pod Filter Computer Reset (on thos with the stand ECU) Inspection of pads/rotors/fluids/belts 10k as above with brake bleed new fuel filter flush radiator compression test (helps when you mate is mech with all the good tools) 20k as above again, but adding new spark plugs, new air filter element , brake pads usually The Nissan 100k is pretty big and needs a workshop all the above and : change of all belts, water pump, alternator (?)...not to bad on the 'Lines as they have a timing belt...****ED if your doing it on a SR which has the chain...gggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...

On a differnet angle, was there ever a factory option R33 badged as a GTS-R ? I remember one being for sale on J-Spec.

M-spec R33 GTS-t...this is a good question... As far as I know, the front bumper is called the M-Spec front bar, so the bumper is part of the package. I "think" M-Spec also got ABS Brakes (maybe the rumour was about this and not bigger brakes) One thing I'd like to know is if M-Spec class r33's where treated to side skirts ?

I remember a long long long long time ago in a old Hot4's or FF&R's someone actually converting an excel to 4wd and adding the an Evo engine.......with an excels weight (which i assum would be light) and those mods it would be quite a weapon. Anyhow, not saying its the one, but doesn't the evo engine practially bolt up to the excell....again, a weapon.

Depending on the application you may considar the use of GTiR or JDM S15 injectors, which are 470 or 480cc...fit straight in. Of course this depends on how hard you intend to tune the car. The Rotary ones require fuel rail mods and a few other setup mods. A good fuel pressure regulator with the JDM/GTiR injectors would probably work very well. Or you could go and try get some Sard Injectors off the jap auctio websites, they too fit in, but may require some wiring impedence mods

Hate to be a wet blanket. But last time I went to the drive-ins I nearly tore off my front bumper...The bumps to get the cars at a an angle to the screen are not gtr front spoiler friendly...... Or it could of been just me,.
