  1. LOL.. i know you're probably taking the piss but.. unfortunately unless you're a police officer or a security guard you'll have to keep your heat at home... mine's in a locked box with bullets away from the kids. But if anyone threatened my home/family.. they'll have two big fking holes in the head.
  2. Sounds like a bit of modification to get it on a GTT though... you're looking at new GTR bonnet, new GTR bonnet hinges, new GTR guards... but the rest should fit.
  3. off another sau member buddy
  4. I quite like the blowtorch idea actually http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Pe...m-t211654.html#
  5. What pricks... it's about time skyline/stag owners hit back at em. Who wants to put our bait car idea back into action?
  6. Nice one mate. Looking forward to hearing more about it.
  7. Hey you seem pretty close to the action.. reckon you can post a link to the DA's when they go public? I'd really like to throw some support to these guys, and can organise a group submission on behalf of sensational-adelaide.com.
  8. Great stuff mate! Thanks for the inside goss. I'll keep a look out for the DA around the various councils, if it's on for the next DAP i'll see if i can get down to town hall.
  9. Not being home makes it a little difficult for some of us who work late. I'm not entirely sure about work beginning in 6-9 months.. if a DA hasn't been submitted, and it probably will be a non-complying development, that means a lengthy public consultation process and possibly some rezoning and changes to the PAR will be required. And since a site hasn't been selected, I dare say that the DA hasn't been put through to council yet. ahhh Adelaide red tape.. don't you love it. Hope you're able to shed a little light on this.
  10. Tell you what those tyre shops around there would be doing a roaring trade too Did they have time frames on when it might get up, and did they talk about any potential council issues? has a DA been submitted and all that? Cheers buddy! Finally got the front lip on.
  11. That's messed up buddy... good move with the clubbie and the alarm though. Might have saved your backside.
  12. Might be worth while mentioning the type of turbo and if you're using any sort of engine management. But man that's a hectik colour bro.
  13. Hiya guys, I have a habit of killing my B&D versapak batteries and chargers (gone through 4 of them). Anyone have any they wanna sell my way? Cheers heaps, Howie
  14. Did/will someone youtube it for us?
  15. It's glass mate.. looks like it's been fixed before, so i had to do some strengthening to it with more glass and fibre reinforced putty.
  16. Thanks Andy & Trent. Actually I got the East Bear lip from another sau'er but it was broken off on one side.. so this easter long weekend I gave fiberglassing a shot and fabricated a new one. You can see the build-up from here : http://picasaweb.google.com/howie.ly/EastB...key=7tyD0DcaxEU
  17. Nice nice... Here's an updated photo of mine... R34 now with an East Bear lip.
  18. Why not make your own? http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/R3...&hl=eyelids
  19. So who's going? I'll prob put an entry in.
  20. WTB: Nismo Clear Front indicators for R34 Please PM me if you want to part with them.
  21. Hey ducki, you can just see it here where i removed the bar. I found it easier to remove the inner plastic guard, then full right lock it to remove the two drivers side bolts.. then full left lock to remove the two passenger side bolts. I used a long screw driver with an extension to help. Also there's two plastic clips behind the numberplate and two screws on the grill you need to remove. All the best.. and thanks to Evil34 for putting me on the right track in the first place mate.. here's what i ended up doing over the weekend.. fixing up an east bear lip (had to make a fiberglass mould from the bumper hence why it had to come off).
  22. Thanks heaps mate.. i'll give me something to do over this long weekend. Much appreciated.. will post back.
  23. Hey all, Probably a simple one for you guys.. just wanted to know what's the easiest way to go about removing the front bar for a R34 GTT. I've seen the step by step article for the R33 and it looks different... but then i haven't tried so I don't know. Can someone give me some pointers? Cheers all, Howie
