  1. Hope it wasn't targetted by these scumbags http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/R3...ws-t195390.html
  2. Yep, let's just assume everyone's a pirate
  3. Just looking at the vid report again.. these are cars i could make out series 1 r33 grey metallic (with silver/blue strut brace) silver/gold r33 gtr? (might just be a gts-t with 400r kit and gtr spoiler + badge) vp commodore (xbb-45?) commodore ute with chromies in the tray
  4. also got a glass tv cabinet .. this is the only pic i got of it at the moment, it's the cab that this tv is sitting on. you can't really see it much in the photo but i was trying to sell the tv initially and not the cab lol. anyhow.. 20 bucks if you want.
  5. Gidday mate.. was trying to sell my desk.. had a pull out from another forum (overclockers australia).... first dips for a fellow sauer if you're keen. Here's the original post: Lol i sounded full narky there sorry bout that haha.
  6. I managed to tape the news report tonight.. f**kers hope they get what they deserve. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BVjHoLsc0q8
  7. Having a rom dump of a game you own isn't illegal.
  8. I don't think it's illegal to back up your software and playing home brews on your R4DS card. The sony mod-chip case proved that. Additional, i don't condone piracy, i believe software vendors are struggling, that's why i always purchase a game if I really enjoy it. Same with DVD's and CD's. But there's a distinction between piracy and having something in the public domain where anyone can have access to software, chances are the games and software that these have been built upon are based on tools us software developers have written and given for free on the internet - they can make money from our inventions, but they really can't stop you from trialling their software.
  9. MicroSD are used in alot of appliances, like phones and cameras. But they vary between brands, for example R4DS has incompatibilities with some non-kingston branded chips.
  10. Doesn't give me tingles up the spine like the S15 did. Sorry it's probably going to have to grow on me for a while.
  11. That's crap. When i bought my car from a fellow sau'er in victoria, i deposited $500 bucks into his account straight away (sight unseen), he drove it from victoria to adelaide, i paid for his ticket back, and we set a fixed price before he left (no negotiation)..he came to regency with me, it past inspection then did the cash swap at the bank, then dropped him off in the city... couldn't have been more straight forward and we were both happy. Guess that's what you get with dodgy people.
  12. Thanks for the info mate. Personally i don't mind the tippy, it just needs a little more bite between the gears.. was thinking of a mv automatics shift kit or just go the manual. Cheers for the reply.
  13. Mind if i ask.. who you're going through for the manual conversion, and curious to how much they're quoting you? I'm weighing up if it's worth it for my gtt tiptronic.
  14. No region issues with the ds. the only thing is, chinese roms can only be played on chinese ds units, that's more a limitation of the hardware in ds's sold outside china not being able to cope with characters. Its for this reason you don't see many chinese nds roms on english websites, yet plenty of japanese/eur/usa roms.
  15. Unlocked ROB yet?
  16. It plays extracted. What i do is create a games directory and just dump all the nds roms into that. Makes things easier to organise, same with mp3 folder, ebook folder etc.
  17. Brett, you'll see the ver info on the right column.. some say EUR (europe) some JAP (japanese) some U (usa). Usually stick with the U roms and you'll be alright.
  18. you mean on ds wfc? just mario karts ds.. any other good wfc games?
  19. Awesome mate.. can you let us know how it goes when you get it? I might grab one for myself and my wife, would be good to use the browser when we're at gloria jeans or something.
  20. Nope you won't need that... your ds has an inbuilt wifi card. that card allows you (and three other players) to play other players on the net if you don't happen to have a compatible wireless router at home.
  21. no problems bud... yep it's pretty much mandatory, r4ds isn't a ram expansion device unfortunately.
  22. I haven't had to buy one myself.. but i found this on google http://www.gamerswonder.com/index.php?main...fe15d0e2cbe87aa about 30 bucks.
  23. Need to buy the memory expansion of what of those 3-in-1 cards to use the browser. It needs more ram rather than space the R4DS won't give you that. LOL at cooking mama and cm2. my wife's got it on her ds, but it's pretty addictive. by the way, i found NFS:Pro Street a crap DS port.. the controls are really awkward.
