  1. I thought RUNVS was a white 33 with a phat kit?
  2. Nice! an R32 GTR with a Mitsubishi 6A12G MIVEC V6 engine LOL
  3. 21k, now 24k edit : they won't cover you full price for mods, usually a percentage.
  4. I gave Just Car a call and renegotiated my agreed value, they were happy to meet me half way.. so i guess that ain't too bad.
  5. took picture of the packaging with rating.. have no idea what the ratings mean can someone enlighten me?
  6. I'd be looking in the following order 1, coil packs and/or power transistor 2, spark plugs 3, afm 4, cas I've had all of the above problems on every nissan i've owned - to me it sounds more like a coil pack and/or power transistor than an afm problem (but just in case, check for filter remnants or gunk on the afm and give it a good electrical contact clean for safe measure. If it's the cas, your timing will change frequently, check with a timing light. Or if you're inclined take the cas out and check for wear on the spindle.
  7. Putting the camera to good use this weekend. Some photography at the Port Adelaide Wharf tonight... And the Holden Blimp flying over my place yesterday
  8. About 14L/100km here. Mainly city driving.
  9. This comparison has been done over quite a few times now. But my two cents, same dilemma when i bought my car... having owned a 32, i didn't want the same shape anymore, so it came down to the S15 vs R34. Test drove both, ended up with the 34. Haven't regretted it.
  10. Just had a quick look.. it's either a fire blanket OR a fire extinguisher for $33. Not both sorry bout that. I only got a quick peak at the sign, didn't go right up to inspect the fire extinguisher because i was on the job. It does say for caravans, workshops, etc. So not sure if it's the correct rating.
  11. just thought the south aussies might be interested to know.. the royal adelaide hospital (ground floor, health promotion unit) is selling a fire extinguisher and fire blanket for $33. I haven't checked out the fire extinguisher yet, to see if it's approved for track... but it sounds cheap.
  12. Cara our cars could be twins ! A back to back shot would be awesome... you going to SCS this year? If so i'll be down for sure. We'll do a shoot around then shall we? Grats on your win too ! The new kit looks awesome.
  13. Personally thinks it looks better with them on, i've had them off before, and didn't think much of them.
  14. Just painted gold mate, with my missus responsible for the red nissan lettering
  15. Hi guys, the weather was nice over the weekend so me and the missus took some shots in front of adelaide oval and the city east end.
  16. Thanks for the kind comments mate. Here's some pics
  17. As above.. outright balls, go the GTR. GTT's a nice car, and a great daily driver ... but it's no GTR. Personally I chose a GTT as i prefer the shape, though there are times I wished I had an RB26DETT under the hood.
  18. Thanks Steve... took that pic just behind clarks rubbers on the way to magill, and thought it'd make a nice sig
  19. Mate, i'm heaps stoked to hear you guys took out the awards!! props to all of you, and especially patrick for always bringing home the goods. Hopefully we can repeat it at SCS! p.s. MO PHOTOS!
  20. haha.. well it's almost black at night so i don't blame you. I was at cibo's too.. maybe you were having coffee next to me? yep i was parked up in central carpark.. didn't realise it's still free on sundays, free parking ftw!
  21. Saw that on gouger st tonight too.. vspec purple 33GTR, UPFORIT plates.. awesome rims. Looked tough as. Also saw a hot pewter S15 with nice led taillights cruising up and down gouger street.
  22. black colour is a lovely base to start with. nice pick up mate first on my mods list, would be a change of rims to something a little less blingy, and a small drop in ride height.
  23. well done mate, that's the nicest triple gauge conversion i've seen yet.
  24. I'd have to admit, i break my neck everytime i see a V35... i don't know how quick they are, but damn a well sorted V35 looks heaps better a 34, this is coming from a 34 owner here The only gripe i have is that it doesn't have a turbocharger, and i've seriously considered importing a V35 and having AVO turbocharge it for me... an option i might have to take up again if i decide to upgrade anytime soon.
  25. Willing to sell the snapped east bear lip separately?
