  1. As the title says, K&N Panel Filter, in great condition - washed and reoiled. Suits RB and SR factory airboxes. $80 express posted. Cheers Howie
  2. OOOhh spewing buddy. Hate it when that happens. Those of you who are fortunate enough to have painted outer lips.. and want to fix it at home, here's what you do. Using a rough metal file, file it flat. Then use reinforced metal filler apply over the scrubbed out portion, file this down to a smooth finish. Then use metal prime and either touch up or paint with an airbrush. It'll look as good as new.
  3. Sounds pretty good mate, i might have a chat to the fellas at MV Automatics next time i'm down that way. Been considering this upgrade for a while now.
  4. Awesome stuff.. can't wait buddy.
  5. Nice nice stan... you got me drooling now
  6. Thanks heaps dave ... that made perfect sense to me. It's an amazing piece of technology isn't it, i read through the manual three or four times now and was surprised at the things this controller can do for you. I'll have it set up and tuned properly once i've securely installed the solenoid, just waiting on a blitz pod filter so i can make a box up and mount it off the side of that. Will let you guys know how i get on with it. Cheers Howie
  7. LOL... Nice one Chris. If you're brave you can try respraying it with car interior paint (it bonds well with plastics). I did my custom panels in them and you'd never know they weren't factory.
  8. Ah no worries... i read somewhere that gain should be 5 but i wasn't too sure. Thanks again.
  9. Thanks buddy! Can't really tell from here what's what, but i think i'll be able to guess it. Btw, what have you got your gain/ratios/limiters set at?
  10. Thanks mate, anything would be of help. Cheers bud.
  11. Hiya guys, Can anyone here help me out... looking for a picture of how your blitz boost controller (mine's a dsbc) is hooked up (on the solenoid side of things). I think i've got it sussed, but just want to have a look at someone else's to confirm what goes where. Thanks heaps in advance. Howie
  12. Items: After a late model Toyota Corolla (>03), Automatic. Pref dark or silver colour. Extra Info: any other details you wish to mention. Contact Details: Just PM me. Price and price conditions: Up to $15,000.
  13. Under the R34 on mine, it's just labelled ACC and it's a 10amp. So hunt around see if any others are blown. If your clock is dark when the headlight is on, then it's most likely another fuse. Check to see that your cigarette lighter ring still lights up when you have your headlamps on.
  14. Items: 3" Flanged Cat & 3" Cat-back system for R34 2-door gtt (looking for something on the very quiet side) Extra Info: any other details you wish to mention. Contact Details: Just Pm me. Price and price conditions: Up to $500 depending on what's on offer.
  15. Okay so black is ground, Red is accessories, i'm not entirely sure what the green/red is and why it has been spliced? But anyhow, get a testing light and check the red for power when you switch to ignition/accessories.
  16. Just undo the bolts to the cage that holds the headunit and a/c etc. No need to remove the entire dash.
  17. Hmmm.. 3 wires to your antenna sounds a little odd, can you get a picture of it. Should be a standard aftermarket stereo antenna plug to your nissan diversity antenna plug. As for power to head unit, take out the headunit, and use a tester on the yellow and red wire. You should get power on the yellow constantly, and red on accessories. If not, trace this back and check your accessory fuses.
  18. Cheers mad... much appreciated.
  19. Hiya Guys, Probably a silly question, but will a pod filter suitable for a 180 fit an R34? Cheers heaps in advance, Howie

    My New 34

nice ride mate... really like your choice in rims too,.
  21. Hiya Fellas, Anyone got a single din tray (the type you can put things in that sits in a standard skyline stereo din slot) but with a lid or something that would hide it's contents. Autobarn/Motoquipe etc only have the non-lidded type. Cheers Howie
  22. LMAO read above. Thermaltake PSU was mentioned first LOL Never mind mate.
  23. Watercooling + PSUs/Fans are a different story mate. We use Thermaltake in the corporate environment to beef up the fans on our mid-level pc's. Very happy with them for cost, performance and noise. I know of at least five major adelaide-based multinationals that use Thermaltake products, especially in our hot dry environment here. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending their products to my colleagues.
