  1. Drools.... Thanks for the pics mate. I'm almost sold on those rims... just tossing up between the 34 gtr rims or nismo option rims for the gtt.
  2. End results with Diamond Cut Polish. Took two attempts to get rid of it completely. Comparison ... left side one polish, right side second polish... Fully removed here. I didn't realise how rough the surface of your windows can get until i went over it with the diamond cut... when you first apply it, you see exactly where oxidation has taken place, as there are distinct outlines, you end up taking out rough surfaces which you didn't know where there in the first place. After this i'm going to do all the windows including the front windscreen. Did i mention it works great on your headlights and foggies too?
  3. Thanks fellas! Much appreciated.
  4. Sorry if theres is an obvious answer to this.. the reason I'm asking is because I asked this question to a reputable wheel dealer around here, and he reckons they won't fit. Yet i've read on this forum somewhere that they do. Additionally I've seen on the east bear website, a GTT with the GTSR kit fitted with GTR rims. So i'm even more confused. So can someone clarify this one for me please? GTR rims on a GTT. Thanks heaps. Howie
  5. Or a fiat Seriously you should've seen my exa... i spent half the car's worth in the first three months of ownership.
  6. got a link to the item?
  7. Glad to hear mate! Heavy Cut Cleaner was replaced by Diamond Polish series. I ended up getting the Diamond Polish. Basically anything with a strong cut and a diminishing abrasive will work. I'll grab some pics sometime this weekend after i've cleaned up all my windows.
  8. Well my stock knob is starting to make me feel inadequate okay, i'll reserve this kinda chat for msn.
  9. Yep both would be nice, so we can get a comparison
  10. Sweet guys.. hey make sure you get some pics if you can of the knob.. *err.. that didn't come out right did it*
  11. say is it hard to remove the factory auto shifter knob? much work to convert from the top? and what time tonight?
  12. hmm.. getting an error there
  13. i swear you guys should get a room
  14. ooo.. got a pic of it?
  15. I asked myself the same questions too. R34GTT or S15. But having owned a R32 before, my natural tendency was towards another skyline or at least something RB powered. Both very nice cars though, i'm sure you'll like either one of them.. but R34's also get more looks on the street, probably because you see less of them.
  16. go on a current affairs mate... shame those assholes out of business.
  17. Say if you get on the dog and bone with nissan, find out how much for those bits and pieces, we'd all like to know.
  18. Champion! That's very handy.
  19. LOL don't let this thread turn out like the OzGemini beef going on right now haha
  20. Thanks for clearing up the compression thing guys.
  21. Might be worth pm'ing sau member Chris Rogers ... he'll be taking a mould of my stock unit and making a fibreglass surround. Ask him if he'll do a double din too.
  22. I'm probably way off the mark here.. but isn't the idea of machining your head to increase compression? Don't you want to decrease it? Tell me if i'm wrong guys.
  23. thanks sewid... but picture not coming up.
