  1. No I didn't wind it up the turbo actuators stayed closed because of a vacuum leak and it over boosted
  2. Hahaha ah dont worry I'll just replace fuel Pump see how she goes cheers mate for your help
  3. Look ok it's was maximum boost both actuators wouldnt even open so it was over boosting was Meant to be 14 but something went wrong and it spat ceramic wheel but it was way over 14 pound
  4. I was running max boost the turbos would put out a it was around 500
  5. And I have friend making over 500 on standard internals with a metal head gasket bit of boost intercooler exhaust
  6. No son she is not standard my fuzzy little friend the internals are standard
  7. So I crack her open melted outsides of 4 pistons bit of shaving all through it and newly scratched bores from the melted pieces must be a fuel pump
  8. Im going a genuine 044 Bosch yeah I'm not sure close to 500 I think but I bOught the car like that next thing it's starts detonating when being thrashed cracks a ring land ok then new piston and rings where put in then it stalls and loses compression

Yeah but the thing is I don't know if it was my fuel pump or why waste money if I don't know all I no is that it was melting the outsides of the pistons it's was running then just stalled like out of fuel lost compression and little bits of steel shavings where in the bores from the tops of the outsides of melted pistons

Ah yeah just weird when it's idling all fine so I took it for its first test drive got up the road and it dies in the ass like it run out of fuel so I pop of the head have a look in the bore and the bores are scratched like a mofo and pistons melted had new rings a hone ring gaps set right I dunno I'm confused

  16. If your CAS is way out if whack is that enough to melt pistons to much timing advance or not enough would melt pistons wouldn't it what u fellers reckon if my ignition timing was set way wrong could it possibly melt things

The Bosch 044 I just found out was a 700hp pump which is hell good enough I'm Not sure what pump I have I bet it's a standard gtst pump running a rb26 I got the car like that I can hear the pump dying in the ass when u let it prime up with the ignition on u can get Bosch 044 rip offs for 70 buck eBay bloke reckons he runs them in his race car but there 100 less lph then the real thing not sure if I trust copy's of the Bosch 044

  21. I have a new motor just wanna replace fuel pump I have a standard rb26 boosted up to 14psi with a full exhaust and pods that's all mate
  22. My car is a gtst 33 with rb26 engine in it Wonder what's a good cheap fuel Pump for it u don't reckon the injectors could cause that the fuel Pump does sound tired but
  23. Had a standard rb26 and the thing melted the outsides of 4 pistons an lost compression and stalled like it run out of fuel what the hell is going on here !!!
