  1. Seems like these new HTA turbos are pretty exciting. Just after opinions on an HTA3076 on a twin cam RB30. In the past with the old garretts, the 3076 did not seem to have enough top end and tended to be out of puff high in the rev range. However these new HTAs seem to flow a bit more. Now in this situation I would be after great response but without running out of puff up top. So just deciding between the HTA3076 or HTA3582 and wondering how people think the HTA3076 would behave. Specs are as follows RB25 neo head stock with tomei 260 cams (will install some better valve springs) Running E85 - 1000cc injectors and 1000hp fuel pump plazmaman plenum and throttle body 6 boost manifold, turbosmart pro gate intercooler, exhaust etc etc RB30 bottom end stock for now I would be after anywhere from 350 to 400rwkw with good response for a street car. I am thinking if I keep the relatively low duration tomei 260 cams with VCT, E85 and the 3 litre bottom end, these three factors should really give me quite a responsive combo. I am thinking it would be super super responsive with an HTA3076 but am just a bit concerned about the top end. I would think the setup would still be relatively responsive even with the HTA3582. So which would you go for in a fun street car?
  2. In the add it says "New Engine (NEO) - 65ks" So I think when he says 65,000 kays he is talking about on the engine. It would be more honest to list the full kays and then just say that there are only 65 on the new motor. I think it is good to make people aware though, just in case someone was trying to sell it at genuine 65,000 kays travelled on the whole car.
  3. hey guys I did not realise this thread was still getting bumped up but I keep getting calls/texts about the car. The car is now sold
  4. Bump and also there was a typo with the klms it shoulb only be 156k
  5. Oh also I actually have a RWC for this car dated 11/5/2012 where I got a few things done for it such as hooking up a windscreen washer bottle which was previously removed for the intercooler and also an exhaust leak which was fixed with genuine nissan gaskets etc. Obviously this RWC has expired now but it still gives you an indication that the car is road worthy.
  6. I dropped the price just to move it on quickly, I guess I am a bit impatient seeing as I only advertised it last week. But I guess it is probably pretty cheap for a manual coupe so I will hold my ground at this price for a while. I am not sure on your location, if you are ACT then yeah no worries I can get an ACT RWC. Thanks Adam
