  1. Thanks QWK32, hopefully that's my issue and the S1 are the same!
  2. Can anybody point me in the direction of where this central locking control box is located & what it looks like or take a photo of it please!?
  3. I'm still having no luck with my central locking using the factory key. no fuse related to the central locking, new battery in the key, cleaned the contacts, door solinoids work, Nissan Australia couldn't reprogramme the key, all chips are in the key.... I have a four year old and everytime I go to put her in the car I have walk around to the drivers door to unlock it before I can put her in her car seat in the back on the passenger side. So frustrating that such an simple thing doesn't work. In my searching the car found a hidden switch with a japanese label saying (translated) remote control start. Played with this and still nothing, doors all lock together if you press the door knob inside! What else could it be???
  4. No worries!
  5. Thanks for all the feedback, I'll have a look see what I can see wrong!
  6. PM sent...
  7. Has anybody located the switch I'm referring too?
  8. Spotted a metallic blue series II on Mt. Cotton road, Capalaba, QLD today.
  9. Adam, where did you get the grill from? I have the same one but the chrome is all peeling off...
  10. Thanks Duncan, I'll have a look to see what I can do!?
  11. Thanks for the responses, I checked the brake fluid level & it's close to the max mark. So low discs could be it, as I know the fronts will need doing too!
  12. I have a S1 Stagea RS4 auto with the under dash hand brake + release handle, I've just had the rear brake pads replaced and last night I noticed the (!) symbol flickering on & off whilst driving. Is there a sensor for this light? Or do I just need to find the hand brake cable and apply some grease? Any thoughts?
  13. Rich, mine does that too when its been cold and wet outside. Mine has twin sunroofs but is stored in a lockable carport not a garage. I just put the demister on and the A/C and it clears it up...
  14. Yesterday I replaced the stock air box with a HKS mushroom filter... I still need to work out a better way to secure it in place other than wire?
  15. Mine now with two new tie rods and BC coil overs
  16. I've owned my Stagea for 2 weeks now and I was at the mechanics today using there hoist and one of the guys there said to one of my mates "since when has he owned a Volvo". Wow it didn't take long for the Volvo comment!
  17. I just bought a silver DAYZ kitted Stagea and Adam your thread inspired me to build mine up with the same stance as yours was... Thanks!
  18. I'm in the same situation, any other suggestions..
  19. (GoldCoast): Spotted a white C34 in the carpark of SeaWorld with a big rear roof spoiler yesterday.
  20. Thanks, I rang my local Autobarn and they start at $249 plus fitting. I bought the lock out bar from ISC Performance (trader on this forum) http://www.isc-coilovers.com/handling.html
  21. I finally managed to find some instructions online to reprogram the keyless entry but either I'm not fast enough with the proceedure or something else is wrong...I'm insured with NRMA & they haven't requested an alarm or immboliser, but I now have one to install for my own piece of mind. I just have to figure out how to install it!!
  22. Near Cleveland (SE Brisbane area)
  23. Thanks RB Bluey, if I can't get the central locking working I might take you up on that offer...
  24. Thanks for the invite - I'll try and make it, but the day before the Stag is in the workshop getting coilovers, tie rods & Hicas lock out bar fitted. So hopefully it all goes to plan!?!
  25. Thanks Kiwi, I ordered a CD service manual off eBay today... It's a shame all that info isn't accessible as its one of the reasons I joined this forum. Is it going to be fixed?? The Hicas lock out bar details have been explained to me. I will try searching the Skyline section for the other issues... Thanks again!
