thanks and any recommendations on tyre pressure? i usually have the fronts on 32 and the rear on 34-36. since im chaing the size do i need to change the pressure aswell? thanks for your replies guys

so today after work i was just entering the freeway and i had to speed up, the car was stil abit cold cos i had just gotten out of the car park. and the lane was ending and i had to merge to do a uturn. anyway i stepped on it hard and all i herd was a really loud whistle noise, usually my car doesnt whistle this loud. just wondering what it could be? and ideas? btw just the day before i put my stock exhaust back on ( cos i got an epa letter apparently its too loud) so anyway could this have some thing to do with it? please help and thank you

hmm 203$ might check out the wreckers if it gets worse, other then that im just gonna use some sticky tape or maybe i can buy some paste or glue to help it have better contact

i fixed the problem, today i regapped the spark plugs to .8 some ngk copper ones. put them in. the car was still misfiring. then on the way home we swapped one of the coilpacks with the oem one and it went away. then we swapped back the split fire and it was still okay. it turns out it wasnt the spark plugs or coilpacks but it was the clip that connects to coilpack number 2 isnt connecting properly have to wiggle it and push it in a certain way for it to contact im thinking of getting some paste for more contact any suggestions?

Hey guys, ive read a few posts about misfiring but mine seems to be different. So basically, my car misfires on start up, really bad idle. the misfire is through the whole rev range boost or not. sometimes it goes away randomly then runs smooth for abit and comes back. ive got splitfire coilpacks that the previous owner changed, recently changed oil to castrol edge titanium 5w-40, k&n oil filter, z201 fuel filter i took it to nismo performance and got a diagnostics, they said there wasnt any electrical problems and said it was mechanical. i changed the irridium spark plugs because there were old it ran okay for a few days then it came back and it has seem to have gotten worse. so i changed then back to irridium because they seemed to run a bit better. thanks in advance, josh. please help ive been trying for about 2-3 weeks now and i got no choice but to drive my car cos need to work to save money to fix it lol mods k&n air filter, catback

Hey i just followed your guide and my boost gauge works now thanks heaps i used a small flat head screw driver to pop off the 3 clips and i found removing the screw that hold the booster sender unit makes it easier to manuever the unit when u wana pop the clips off and take out the pcb board. thanks alot once again. hope this helps others.
