The sedan requires approx. 70mm in there somewhere, as I bought a 2nd hand 2dr exh. & MR TURBO on the G/C had to lenghten it so it was out from under rear bar.

I have this setup on my R32. I got it custom made on the Gold coast. Any reputable fabricator should only take a day or two to make it for you but they will need your car. one other thing, I had to relocate my pcv.

Generally a front mount will improve cooling of charged air so more boost can be used safely. Higher boost is where the gains are made from the lower pressure drop through fmic and cooler intake temp. At stock boost there is not much differnce at all in rwhp.
