    to be honest, i think banning p platers from driving high performance vechiles will significantly cut down the problem. i am 18 and on my green p's. and i know that i am contradicting myself when i say that im looking to buy a import a bit further down the line, cause im all for the power restrictions. but im still getting a import, because, well, i can.

    laws vary from state to state. but if there is any concern you can always make a box to conceal it.

    it's well known now that atmo BOVs are defectable and the only BOV that you can have are the plumbacks. however most cops dont see it that way, and just all BOVs are illgeal in their eyes. Guilty - just try to get everything legal and you shouldn't have any worries.

    usually the gtr's would eat the wrx's so thats a bit weird. but consider this: skylines respond amazingly well to modifications, better than just about any car. gtr vs. wrx in the same stage of tuning would see the gtr come out on top.

    just convert it to white or sumthing by adjusting the brightness and then adjust the colour then. presto! easy peasy japanesy!
