  1. Hmmm I'll have to give that a read when I get home. Still doesn't help with the NSX or skylines but heap GTR's could be a reality
  2. The report I read said it would absolutely never stretch to used cars However as previously mentioned, just cos they said it won't happen doesn't mean much
  3. Yeah awesome day, thanks for organising Danny. And thanks again to Pete for letting me have a poke round his stagea, and for the advice too. I'll upload pics later
  4. Damn that sucks!! Definitely have to soon mate
  5. Well I've had a full 2 hours sleep and I've awoken to beautiful sun shine. Hope to see you all at the meet point (with a ridiculously strong coffee) soon
  6. Definitely still on and there's only a 30% of rain so we should stay dry tomorrow anyway. See you all there
  7. It's definitely still on. There's only a 50% chance of rain anyway. It will be clearing up by the weekend so I think it won't rain anyway
  8. Thanks mate Also forgot to chuck my phone number on there 0405 724 214. Please text as I have been doing a lot of 20 hour work days so I'm usually quite busy
  9. And some photos. Have heaps more I can send on request if you're genuinely interested
  10. As much as this is killing me to do it I have to sell my R34 as we are expecting our first child and I need something that is more child friendly. I bought it back in Jan '13 and it's been my daily since then and never missed a beat. The car is great to drive, smooth as and quick when you put your foot down. I had plans to mod this car to 300rwkw and I've done pretty much all the base mods for that. Mods include FMIC painted black Custom 3 inch split pulse pump pipe into 3 inch front pipe and hi flow cat and a HKS silent hi power cat back. Very nice note and definitely quieter than a normal big exhaust Splitfire coil packs E boost street 2 electronic boost controller set to 8 psi low and 12 psi hi NPC clutch which feels fantastic without being too heavy. Like I said it's a daily Aftermarket boost, oil pressure and water temp gauges in standard gauge pod I also have a hypergear SS2 turbo not installed. It's absolutely brand new and never taken out of the box it came in and has braided oil lines. This can be negotiated as part of the sale if you want it The car is currently sitting at just over 96000k's and is due for a timing belt change, which I can do or you can do yourself and get the car a bit cheaper. I have just done all the fluids for gearbox, engine, diff and coolant and have receipts for all of this and most of the mods, all done by Pulse Racing in Menai and Paul and the team there are brilliant I've probably forgotten a whole heap about the car, but basically I go to a whole heap of SAU cruises so lots of people have seen the car and know it's clean. Asking 16500 with the timing belt changed and can be negotiated with from there. Yes it's a little expensive but it's a genuinely clean low k car which has been looked after PM me for any further details you'd like Edit I forgot to put its fully registered in NSW until may next year Cheers, Brennan
  11. Just had a cruise with a white R34 gtt bx 58 jj. Was a good little run, cars sounded awesome together haha
  12. Or if you're not going to go cheap buy tein superstreets and you can change the spring rates from the drivers seat via the built in electronic motor and hand controller. See this for details
  13. It'll be different in every state. Australia is fun like that. But yes it has to be engineered but apparently there isn't much of a drama in doing so at a legal height. This is according to an engineer I spoke to around 2 years ago. Things may have changed since then and be different in different states
  14. Coil overs are fine as long as the ride height is legal. That mod is fairly easy to make legal as long as the brakes are done. Making the wiring work is a different story however haha
  15. I looked into this when I had my 32. The best advice I got was to buy a front cut from an R34. Chuck in the brakes, motor, gearbox and wiring and go from there. Costs a bit but those motors are brilliant and if you put that motor in on the original gearbox you will blow them as mentioned
  16. Thanks mate, I'll be changing mine soon and I think the ones I've been using have had oil on them because I'm cleaning my AFM every 2000ks because of misfire (and yes it's 110% the AFM that's the culprit) either that or it's rooted.
  17. Where would one purchase said blitz style cotton element?
  18. Yeah bring him along mate. We've had a few s chassis and Evos and whatnot so why not have our first supra haha
  19. Hahaha you're a legend terry. There you go josh ask and you shall receive haha
  20. Sounds fun. Hopefully I'm working day shift and I can come along. I'll keep you updated
  21. We're meant to have a new manager starting soon so I'd say I'm pretty confident of making this one. I'll even try not to do night shift on Saturday haha
  22. I personally nominate Terry (despite him living in the mountains) because I have yet to see his R34 in person. Your move Terry
