    Just had a good one the other night, I started a new job about 2 months ago and we'd just closed up and walked out to the car park and my boss goes 'oh wow nice car, wonder what drug dealer owns that!?' Had to break it to him that it wasn't drugs he's just paying me too much hahaha

    That's all well and good but what else have we got? We can just keep running about going 'no it'll never work get rid of it' because eventually we're going to run out and then go 'oh shit, now what?' I can guarantee lightbulbs we use today are a lot more efficient at using energy than eddison's but we would have never got here if everyone just said 'lightbulbs are inefficient lets just use candles'

    Yeah I heard the same unfortunately. I hope it doesn't happen because realistically once the oil runs out, there isn't much we can turn to. Batteries are stupid and will never work and harm the environment even more, and no one wants to fund hydrogen in the same was as ethanol because it would probably work and upset the oil co's What a ridiculous world we live in

    I think the only thing they'd learn about ethanol on a taxpayer funded holiday would be what the local beer tastes like

    Also who gives two shots how much money it takes to set up ethanol plants? If Australian money is used to fund Australian companies to buy Australian crops to make Australian fuels for Australian people, don't we all win? I'm not economics professor but in that scenario, we set the prices not Singapore, we get the profits reinvested, and we'll get the savings. Problem is savings make governments mad and poor.

    Australian ethanol will die because oil co's don't own it here and will get no money from it, which means our government gets less money from the tax it charges oil co's. yes it will tax ethanol but it won't cover the money they loose from the oil co's Unfortunately money drives this whole disgusting world, and those who have it will forever decide how the rest of us will live.

    I'm with scotty, those K + N air filters are bad news for AFM's. ditch that and go back to a standard filter and clean the AFM. Should be a good start

    Clean your air flow metre first would be my advice. You can get a can of the cleaner from autobarn. After you've ruled that out check the gap/condition of the spark plugs. Maybe then have a look at the coils if it's still no good. Best to rule out the cheap stuff first

    My mate had one of those fans on his SR and he ended up having to sell it because his car wouldn't even hit running temperature on the dyno. Seems crazy they'd work so good on SR's but not RB's :S

    Sorry also could you post whether the application was successful? My missus is getting her P's soon (she's not that young, settle down Internet) and we only have my R34. Seems a little silly she can do all her learning on the vehicle and then when she's finally qualified to drive it's suddenly too dangerous for her :S
