  1. I have the HKS silent hi power on my GT-t. Has a Hypergear SS2 turbo, custom 3' dump and front pipe and hi flow cat and its really quiet at idle. I can confirm that the nismo is quieter having been on a few cruises with Raj. And I'm currently making 320.6 rwkw at 22psi on E85 so it doesn't appear to be too much of a restriction
  2. It would want to be considering the 20+ cents a litre price difference at the moment. E85 is more expensive than E10 at united haha price gouging or what?
  3. I am and I know a fair few others who do as well. Very interested to talk about E85 oils
  4. I'm certain he's welcome Bob. Will be good to have a chat to him about it as well
  5. Yeah unfortunately I read an article from Caltex saying they're phasing out E-flex all together. They've already done so in SA but I didn't see any timelines for the other states. Such a disappointment
  6. 1000 times this. Really bends over backwards to keep his customers happy, he's a great bloke
  7. Spotted the same black R34 on the Bangor bypass 2 days in a row in the mornings. Has an SAU sticker on the window. I'm the bloke in the white R34 going the other way
  8. I feel an arm twisting again haha
  9. Hahaha knew you'd enjoy that comment. Can't wait til yours is finished. You can twist my arm to come to the track I'll twist yours to come to cruises. Seems fair
  10. Well a bit of an update. The skyline got some love on Friday with an oil and filter change and some new plugs. Much better on cold starts now the old plugs were definitely on their last legs. Here she is doing her best GTR impersonation (in garage on jack stands) Now the bad news, at work on Friday night some low life arsehole slashed the valves on my tyres so 3 of them were buggered. I borrowed some wheels and tyres off Raj and chucked them on but when the wheels came off we saw at least one of the wheels is completely buggered. So at the very least I will need 3 tyres and 1 wheel as well as balancing and alignment. The only good news is that it happened at work so it's covered by Work Cover otherwise it'd be off the road for quite some time. Will post the results from tomorrow and see what the tyre shop says. Hopefully it's all resolved quickly. Big thanks to Raj for dropping everything on a Saturday morning and helping to swap the wheels and for providing them in the first place. And thanks to Nick, Terry and Matt for also offering to help
  11. I have the SS2 and while it would be pretty close to 100rwkw at 3k (it's between 95 and 100) full boost isn't made until around 3700-3800. I'd probably go the highflow for those targets. The OP6 highflow has been over 300rwkw a few times with E85 so you do have a bit of head room if you wanna turn it up
  12. Ah damn. Still a bloody good turbo though. You'll love it
  13. I agree. I think it's great to have tight texi courses like this in one of the rounds. I mean surely the idea of the nationals is to see how the best drivers are, not just who had the most HP. The thing I also liked about our lads efforts was that sure the track didn't suit us but we still gave it 110% to do the best we possibly could. I saw too many cars from certain other clubs just give up entirely and drive off the track on heaps of runs. Even if we don't move up from where we are now I think we can be extremely proud of our effort and our result
  14. I've got one of his newer SS2's with ball bearings and a larger compressor and turbine housing so if you got the same as mine I'd dare say 300 shouldn't be too much of an issue fairly safely. Mine made 320 on E85 with only 22psi so there's lots more in it
  15. Very nice. Looking forward to results, I haven't been disappointed with my SS2
  16. Be good to see you again mate. Hope you'll be bringing you camera. Your shots are always awesome
  17. In please Raj. Looking forward to it
  18. Terry, I can certainly offer a lift if you need it
  19. Damn if these were for ER34 I'd buy them in a heart beat. GLWS
  20. Ring NPC. I have one of their clutches in my 34 which has 320rwkw. Has never slipped and has great pedal feel. Can't remember the exact price but the first number was a 6 so it's in your budget
  21. When in doubt just link all the corners haha Was a great day even though I couldn't stay for all of it. All our guys drove incredible
  22. Sorry guys gotta pull out I can only do this OR Nulon Nats and I didn't make a single event of the Nats last year so I wanna get into that I'm sure I'll see most of you at Nats anyway
  23. Thanks mate, yeah I can't wait. I've always wanted a family so I can't wait til she gets here
