I've created a page for the S&S Limited Version on the GTR-Registry.com website.
https://gtr-registry.com/en-r32-gtr-ss-limited-version.php
I've researched and put together as much information about the car, and found as many cars as I could for the register.
There's also info on the BNR32 Rebuilt Plan which came after the S&S Limited Version.
The major content is GT-R but there's tons of production data on non GT-R skylines, Silvias, Stageas and also some non Nissans. Once the tools were developed to obtain the data and the website was created, it was relatively easy to do other cars. Start from the menu on the front page.
GTS V Selection 60th Anniversary (Series 2)
1 of 268 in that colour
If you didn't find it earlier, go to https://gtr-registry.com/en-hr32-vin-table.php and put 136935 in the search box.
Check out these pages

It will tell you which versions have HICAS and which don't. Basically all R34 turbo cars have HICAS. For R33, ECR33s GTS-Ts (Type M) have HICAS and ER33 GTS-Ts (Type G, Type S) don't.
Use google translate and this page will give you a summary of the differences if you compare colours on the boxes.

That VIN plate is fake, and not only that it's most likely a series 2 car, most likely a base model.
(Unless they decided to change the steering wheel, seats, door trims, , console lid, pedals, and park brake leaver with series 2 items),
Not just on here. I remember when I bought my R34 GT-R in 2012 there was 666 Skylines on carsales.com.au. Currently there is 136 and that's with 8 more years of Skylines coming in to Australia.
Car is in Georgia.

As the people above said it's not a factory GTS-T.
