Local girls wins Targa Tasmania!!! My future sister in law took out Targa Tasmania with her driver Tony Quinn in an R35. We are pretty stoked about and can not wait to congratulate her when she lands back in Adelaide.

Congrats to Tony and Naomi!!! They did a great job of bringing the car home in one piece and driving the wheels off of it.

from my experience 1 person fitting a front mount by them selves it takes around 5 to 6 hours to do it properly without a hoist. with someone helping it could be done in about 3 hours with a good fitting kit but there is quite a bit to do to get it to fit nicely.

They still have the white protective tape on them as well as plastic wheel covers. My boss bought photos back from when he saw them at lunch time i am goign to have a look after work

You can see them through the fence on victoria road outer harbour where all the other cars are kept.

There is two brand new GTR's sittting at outer harbour today waiting for delivery to the dealer. One is black and the other is silver they both look great just sitting there by themselves on the docks.

I will be going up to watch as a few of my mates are giving it a go.

I think that is Lindon Reynolds the drifter you see driving the blue 34 GTR. He is going out with the chick that owns it i believe

As i have said before there is lots of issues with setting up a club like this and i am sure you have thought of most of them already. It also depends whether you want this club to be criuse and motorsport based as well. You will need a constitution written, some type of insurance for the club when on cruises, you will need to register as a not for profit organistion, open a bank account in the club name, possibly get a PO box, sort somewhere you can hold regular meeting that can hold all the members you expect that might join and lots of other stuff. I was the secretary for Nissan SVD quite a few years ago and applaud the guys for trying to get this off the ground as it is not going to be easy and will take alot of there personal time to get up and running and then the people on the committee have to put in a fair amount of time to keep the club running smoothly. Good luck guys and i will become a member once the club is up, but am trying to organise a wedding with my Fiance so that takes up a fair bit of my time.

I think have an old one that i took off my old car it had about a weeks use and was supplied with a ET Exhaust. A straight pipe was put in the car instead of the cat. Would probably be good for turning into a decat if you wanted. PM me if interested and i will try to dig it up for you!!!

Congratulations to Tony and Naomi (my future sister in law) for winning this event and i hoe to see alot more wins from them this year yet as they have alot more races coming up this year. It is great to see the GTR really starting to show its true colours and Tony is still learning the car so hopefully better things are still yet to come.
