  1. Thanks Bob, appreciate the input. From what i have read you know Bnr32s as well, if not better than anyone on SAU. What do you think i can expect to pay for a completely original Vspec2 with no repair history and full books in Australia? Also are there many cars that would fit this description kicking about over here?
  2. Sounds much cheaper than i would have thought. Hey mate, yep check the for sale section regularly. I haven't pinned down which model yet, let alone spec, so just trying to get some info before going further. I will keep Iron chef in mind though. Would be great to get some more people's input. Cheers
  3. Hey i spent several hours yesterday searching and reading on this forum trying to find info on current values of Bnr32s and Bcnr33s that are reasonably stock with low km, no repair history and full japanese logbook history, however, i was unable to answer a couple of questions. Please note as there is plenty of info available on ADM and N1 values, my question is strictly related to JDM models (excluding N1). -What is the market value in Aus for Bnr32 and Bcnr33 GTR, V spec and V spec2 (r32) respectively, with under 100km, no damage and full jap, and Aus (if applicable) service history. -What has a greater impact upon value - higher spec or lower Km e.g a 50 000km r32 gtr vs a 100 000km V spec 2? I look forward to reading your replies, Cheers Jason
  4. I never get tired of seeing bayside blue GTR's
  5. Pretty sure 19 inch lmgt4's never came in black. Also they appear to be 18's.
  6. Spotted bayside blue Bnr34 with plates '99 GTR' doing happy laps in granville on south street on sunday arvo.

  9. Thank you very much for fasting that
  10. Hey could someone please check this for me: bnr34401380 Thanks in advance
  11. Hey mate i'd say importing may be your best bet. As previously mentioned, there aren't enough nice examples available locally. I see you're in NSW. Head over to JLM and speak with Adam. He is an expert on 260 Autech stags as he has personally owned 3. Good luck with your search
  12. Congrats Andreas, the condition of your car looks superb.
  13. Very sad, RIP.
  14. ^335i is very nice!
  15. JLM has complied and serviced many V35 Skylines.Their Japanese Mechanic 'Mizu" worked on many of them when he worked at Nissan in f*kuoka, Japan. When i had my 350Z (same drivetrain) they were able to successfully diagnose a couple of problems over the phone for me. Their hourly rate is also very reasonable. They are located in Rydalmere. Too quick for me Terry
  16. Wow whoever picks these up is very lucky indeed! An absolute steal at this price. With only 180 Bnr34s fitted with this colour of wheel from factory, i can see these wheels fetching big value in years to come, when MP3 owners find these even rarer than they currently are . GLWS, i'd be surprised if these last the week. P.S in before Noy and JDMperformance
  17. JLM in Rydalmere are excellent. They complied a personally imported R35 gtr spec V a little while ago. PM me if you need contact details
  18. OP currently lives in Japan so he will be able to bring it in as a 'personal import' providing he has owned the car for at least 12 months in Japan. Not sure what compliance would cost you ,but if you post which Aussie state you will be living in, then we will be able to offer reccomendations on compliance shops in that area.
  19. Oem/ N1 parts were used
  20. Fine spec has Nismo bearings, baffles, head gasket and timing belt.. Nur does not.
  21. Bob I knew your cars were 100% factory so it's a good comparison. Good to know the Gtr can match the sti down low, as all i ever hear is how a gtr (stock or lightly modified) cant match the 'torquey' response of a 2.5L Sti.
  22. Looks aside, how did you find the response and low down torque of the sti compared to your bnr32?
  23. Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This article encapsulates my views on car etiquette completely!!!!!! I could not even begin to express my disgust at the recent 'All stars picnic", where many attendees seemed to think it was ok to allow their dogs free reign to sniff and rub up against whichever beautifully presented machines they walked by. Needless to say i will not be attending next year. Im sorry but show cars and Dogs dont mix .
  24. Hey Mate just so you know midnight purple 2 and 3 were both series 1 colours. As such there were no purple V spec 2s manufactured.....
  25. That's awesome I feel that a strong police presence targeting unroadworthy vehicles (particularly bald tyres and things of that nature) is of utmost importance if this is to be successful.
