does anybody get together in canberra for a cruise or meet up with people besides the shogun and syndicate members or 'other' clubs? or have a certain place to meet up as skylines australia in canberra ummmm very quiet.:eek: :eek1:

nope car back in workshop. sorry for taking awile to reply just been busy organising to get car on road, which includes engineers cirtifcate ( for the mods) as well as registering it.

hey daniel yeah for sure i'll take you for a spin, i'm just waiting for the hand controller to come in. yeah jake was telling me he too was dissapointed in the results, but that ok till you get it sorted out properly and hell when u do man that thing WILL absolutely haul some serious butt.

nope mine is red with gold rims just got it back on road after 6 months in workshop getting 'mods' has at moment QLD rego but i'm changing it to N.S.W. rego soon after i 'run' in motor, it's an r32 gtr. was out and about tuesday night and last night, around civic, woden and manuka.

yes you're right adrian, stock examples they don't blow smoke modified well..... depends like u say how rich they running and if they have aftermarket computers which they need to prevent detonation, after running ridiculous amounts of boost.

all gtr's either 32, 33, or 34 blow black smoke when hammering (i know i own one) the rb26 motor u could say is similar to a rotary engine by that i mean they love to rev the more it revs the more it burns oil thus u get the black smoke out the back, it's normal u just gotta check the oil and change it regularly.

BRIAN HALL MOTORS in phillip have 2 r32 gtr's for sale u could check them out there as for test drive i don't think he'll let you unless u put a deposit.

well if u got a crappy old datto to drive around while the gtr is getting mods, trust me going with the wind sshhheeesh i didn't know the old girl had it in her i got her up to 90 klicks, but going against the wind i'll be lucky doing 40 clicks. heee heee but seriously that was so me serious wind i thought the datto would get blown off the road with me in it. :lol:

i'm in queanbeyan, finally motor will be finished the downside is i gotta drive like an old pensioner in a volvo till i run it in, which will be difficult since on high boost it has 25pounds and with HKS twin upgraded turbos will be very difficult not to. gotta keep it below 5000 revs even though the new redline is 9000 no thanks to stage two HKS cams. anyway i'll keep an eye on a red r33gts with shell waving like an idiot hee hee, oohhh by the way any of u guys interested in coming for a cruise with me to wollongong either this sunday or next sunday, i think a few members from shogun are coming but i'm not sure, just for the day, it'll give me a chance to run in motor properly, the more the merrier. :D

yeah shogun pretty cool they organise cruises, track days, dyno days etc.. i'm a member with them, though i didn't know bout the skyline club in canberra, so what do i need to join up with u guys? I have an r32gtr bought it bout 3 months ago from queensland been in workshop since getting a few mods done( k k too many mods enough to fill 2 a4 papers both sides) it will be ready on the dyno day at ming so come along and have a look. So where bouts u guys "hang out" when u get together for a cruise?
