hey mate you still got spedo cluster?

hi i got a 1995 r33 gtst My speedo seems to be stuck on 20 km/h and dosent go past 60 km/h. And... my fuel gauge seems to be stuck on displaying a full tank.. weird I'm not very experienced with car electronics, so i thought i'd ask on here so i know what to expect? What could be the cause of the problem? Could it be an easy & cheap fix? Any help/advice would be great.!

can anyone help i got r33 gtst engine cuts out when your slowing down and in neutral as soon as you engage clutch engine dies!!!! please can anyone help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
