Basically you create a post Other users within a 15km radius will receive a notification instantly And hopefully aid in the recovery of said vehicle You can also bring up a map view with pin drops to see whats been going on around your local area. If we can get as many users as possible and therefore more eyes out in the public for when these thefts occur, it only increases the chance of recovery Ill post the link to my website below which includes links for both the app store and google play.     Selling my standard turbos off my 260RS stagea (R33 GTR RB26) they came off the car at 95,000 km and have been sitting in my garage since zero shaft play healthy as =] asking for $400 for both ONO located south east VIC may freight at extra cost

    haha ive got no room ...otherwise i would the 33 lives at my neighbors house for lack of space .... plus all my tool and gear would fit in the van so much nicer

    yea thats what im thinking im pretty weary about something going wrong its a good 3 hours for me to get to winton raceway i did speak to a guy just then at a tow bar joint and he said a customer of his spent 7k for an engineered bar plus chassis reinforcing to be able to pull only an extra 200 kg lol

    Hi guys Im wanting to use my 2014 LWB hiace (manual turbo diesel) to tow my r33 to track days The factory tow bar is rated at max 1200 kg and the highest rated bar i can find is only 1400kg Any idea if there's an option for a say 1800kg+ bar or if you guys reckon it'll be safe to cart as is Cheers in advance

    thanks for the hints guys engine mounts was a thought i had too im getting it up on my mates hoist tomorrow ...so just wanna get an idea of possible culprits before hand hopefully its an easy find =\

    hi guys lately ive noticed when i put my foot down im getting a shudder that feels like its coming from the rear of my 260rs stagea its only doing it once the revs climb a bit and only when im booting it. i.e: it seems related to how much torque is applied had a quick visual check of the drive line and everything "seems" ok any ideas on this pone would be a big help cheers.

    thats what i thought ...its a massive jump!! i did use a second tester to check as well after i saw that to confirm the reading and sure enough it was dead on ive done plenty of comp tests over the years on cars me and my brothers have bought and with the same test procedure id get pretty consistent readings...so id say ive an idea what im doing lol this ones thrown me though....

    nah all standard internally theres just a few basic bolt ons im pretty well inclined to say its fine but i always like to have a second opinion when im unsure

    hi guys im sure this has been covered countless times, but i got some funny reading and im just after a second opinion Compression test values are as follows: DRY TEST (no oil): 1 - 110 psi 2 - 105 psi 3 - 105 psi 4 - 100 psi 5 - 115 psi 6 - 100 psi WET TEST (oil dropped in cylinder) : 1 - 120 psi 2 - 125 psi 3 - 105 psi 4 - 195 psi 5 - 150 psi 6 - 160 psi the wet test threw me off about with how much variance there was, but as well as that it seemed quite low on the dry test thanks in advance cheers

    various parts off my 260 RS stagea for sale: - 2x stock rb26 turbos (t25) complete with manifold, dumps and actuators, no shaft play, solid as. $400 for both or $250 each - - 2x z32 AFM's (working fine when removed), one just has a crack on the mounting holes as pictured $240 - 2x standard rb26 j70 AFM (working fine when removed), and one has the mesh missing on one side $200 - standard front pipe with some light scrapes on the underside, as pictured $100 -standard 440cc injectors (working fine when removed) $100 - starter motor which i believe suits all RB series motiors but dont quote me on it, the soleoid is gone in this one so would suit a reco if anyone was interested. $10 call or message jay - 0430 504 731 pick up south east melb

    I had it off and gave it a clean 15000 kms ago id assume it'd still be in good nick Not a fun job to get that one out either its buried deep in the depths of hell

    Yea its just a slight dip as I clutch in then its straight back to 800ish where it will usually sit

    Ohhh awesome looks the pressure figures are sitting well within reason Suppose I should just get a new sender anyways but at least ive rolled out having to pull the motor out now Thanks for the assist guys

    Alright quick update Thanks for the link sinista32 You're right on with the price $250 from nissan for that sender But before forking out the cash for either I decided to pull my pressure gauge off the other car and see what's actually going on The pressure definitely is dropping but not to zero like the factory gauge is saying Its dropping to around 1kg/cm Which at normal idle will sit at 2 kg/cm And under acceleration raise to 6kg/cm Anyone know if these figures seem normal? ?? Cheers

    Ohhh right so they actually are off the same sender?...well in a way that's good news Hopefully that's all the issue is.... ill pop into nissan and grab a sender tomorrow probably worth fitting an aftermarket gauge to keep an eye on things for future too if they're really that bad

    alright quick rundown of whats going on here on my 260RS stagea 1- as i pull up and my RPM drops it will dip to 600- 700 rpm for just a fraction of a second, as it does that the oil pressure gauge will shoot straight to zero for a few seconds then slowly rise back up 2- it will only do this on a hot engine, doesnt happen at all untill the car is up to temp 3- oil pressure light on dash also lights up (is there a separate sensor for the light and gauge?) 4- oil level is fine and ive checked for leaks, none 5- pressure will also drop if engine is warm and im sitting on the spot, rev it up to say 4000+ rpm and again on that drop to 600-700 rpm the oil pressure gauge will intantly drop to zero then slowly rise back up any ideas guys?? cheers =]
