I have this and it is awesome

The pm35 (series 2) is probably the better every day car. The nm35 2.5t model is the better performance option. Other then that it is more a staying difference between those sub models then an actual model difference. Even some low grade cars with stock outside can have everything the higher models had if the owner ticked the boxes

Can I haz join

Does your car have hicas? Am I wrong in thinking this seems to be a larger problem in hicas models? Is there a difference in sub frames?
-
Getting it welded is the best option, and if done right should be completely safe.

Wasn't me either..

All good. It's a shame mechanics are dodgy and lie about stuff to charge extra. Good luck with the sale, looks like a nice car for a decent price

How? The m35 ecu is not tuneable. Unless you run a piggyback ecu.

What Ecu,intercooler For M35 These Days
Brick replied to ShonE's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
At this stage my car is the onky one running the Adaptronic. The other car is where mine came from (jetwrecks) he had his oil pump fail a couple of weeks after the install (not related to ecu) and had catastrophic failure so parted it out. I grabbed it. The tune on my car is fine, the things still to work out are all related to my cable throttle setup, nothing major though just working on idle stuff. Jetwrecks car was tuned to around 270+kw with standard throttle and all was good. Running 3076 and 620cc injectors. The issue you will find down south is having someone to install and tune it for you. But if you did find someone it is a great option. I am looking at converting to the 440D ecu so I can get a flex tune. Mmm e85 goodness -

EBay for all of above. Yes 300kw has been done on Emanage. You need and Emanage ultimate with a universal wiring harness. Slim line fan is just a generic slim 12" thermo from eBay -

Hi shone, where are you located?and who will be tuning it? That will make a bit of a difference towards ecu options. There is only a few options either way though. Emanage ultimate is still the most supported and cheapest option, but 300 killawasps is a fair bit for a piggyback. F-con is a great option if you can be lucky enough to find a harness for it. I use Adaptronic which I am very happy with but still working on getting it perfect. Will be going back in in late January to hopefully get it all finalized. As far as front mount just get the Hdi unit. Straight bolt on and flows more then enough for what you want and plenty more. -

Check for a split in the top of the hard pipe coming from the turbo to the bend linked to the front intercooler piping -
M35 Rear Hub/bearing Creak Noise
Brick replied to hutchwilco's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
The bearings can be bought quite cheap from the USA. Search g35x as they use the same bearings. A local seller here in sydney aus sells rear bearings new for $130. It does sound like a bearing to me -
I have a sony bt701, it allows mirroring of phones with mirrorlink/mirrorcast and gives you full control of it via touch screen. Won't work with iPhone though, but as I dont use out dated over priced crap that isn't an issue for me haha

tranny ecu will be in the passenger kick panel. Engine ecu is above that behind the glove box

My thoughts would be some kind of earth fault.
