  1. well the first night at the drags since being tuned wasn't a success, but i thought i would post a video here anyway. the car had two issues, one that it wouldnt build boost on the line and second was hte gear box was over heating (tranny cooler will be fitted very soon) so it was changing up gear by itself and not holding in third like i told it to. Best time 13.8 170km/h
  2. there is 3 main options out there. 1 - Emanage - cheapest option and what most people are running. 2 - F-Con - fair few people have done these and there is actually a plug and play harness for the m35 (it is discontinued though) 3 - Adaptronic (stand alone ecu) - so far i am the only person running this but has been good to me. It comes down a little to who will be tuning it etc also how far you think you may take the car. Do a little research on them all and see what suits your needs the most
  3. I found it easier to install by flipping the car upside down. No idea why the picture is upside down. Shows up the right way on my phone and everything else
  4. Added a power duct yesterday.
  5. you just love dragging unwanted pussy home
  6. spotted a white m35 driving along the pacific hwy between the m1 and ryde rd today around 1030am
  7. Yeah I haven't been for a proper drive yet. And had wheels in the back I didn't want flying around the car. But I can say they feel super smooth and are very quiet. Hopefully get to drive it a but more tomorrow. The big test will be launches at the track on Wednesday
  8. Bump. Race day is Wednesday
  9. Swapped out the fog light for an extra reverse light. So much more light when reversing. Also fitted ultra bright led globes while I was at it
  10. New wheels and tyres v35 premium 18s wrapped in nitto invo 245/45/18
  11. Silver axis today in cooma around 4pm and yesterday spotted a silver c34 parked at smiggins
  12. It will kick down via manual mode, or as if goes down to lower speeds it changes down automatically. Craigs was tuned using the standard throttle
  13. I plan to. Bring on Wednesday!
  14. I have done 15psi launches on standard ecu. Even before doing brake cut mod.
  15. Try 15 this Wednesday night
  16. What psi have you been launching at rudi? Also how hard was he launching? There is always variations between cars of the same type, but it is a fair bit different
  17. As dale said you will need a full after market ecu. There has been no issues as yet. Quite a fan of it. The only negative some people may have is that the gear uses the throttle through the standard ecu to control it. What this means is that in auto mode it uses speed to change gears rather then throttle and engine. The positive side though is that it doesn't hunt around for gears on the freeway etc which I love. Also with my combination it shift faster then if does normally. Manually the car drives heaps better.
  18. Gave them a call they do have stock. $185 fitted and balanced. Might give them a go then
  19. Yes I am. I had decided to go nitto invo, called up earlier to make sure they had stock and they dont they have offered me yokohama advan sport v103 for $210ea which I think is pretty reasonable. So unless someone has had a bad experience and can tell me to stay away that's what I will be going with
  20. Hoping to have them tomorrow. Just waiting to hear back from the guy who is painting them
  21. Decided to snap off a couple of last photos prior to fitting my new wheels.
  22. Spotted this white c34 this morning turning into redbank rd northmead
