Thanks George, had a read and good info. Never really known how it all works, but the issue I'm having is that the nossle isn't clicking off when it gets full, not even once. Even with giving it breaks when filling and trying to listen to it while filling I can't tell when it's about to overflow..

Ok so, I got my 2003 V35 from the complaince shop just over two weeks now. On the way home I filled it up because the light was on for low fuel, anyway, normally when you get near full the handle will click itself off to stop you from over filling, in each of my previous cars I could get another 3-4 clicks out of the handle before it was actually full full. Now my V35, nope, didn't even click once which lead to over-filling the tank and having fuel run down the side of my car (not good needless to say) I thought it might have possibly been a fauly pump and or handle so I decided to just wait until next fill-up, which I had done last weekend, completely different petrol station (and pump obviously). Exact same thing happened, I even tried listening to when it was getting full but I still over-filled it. No clicks or anything again. Has anyone else had this issue? I'd really like to figure out why it's doing it because I like to completely fill my tank but don't want fuel constantly running down the side of my paintwork.

Mine does! I've gotta get around to installing an FM band expander so I can actually listen to it.

Haha, I know the feels of having a black car. Only one of my 4 cars were black, the other 3 were/is silver. Maybe we should just help you out by meeting at a car wash? And it's not up to me, if it were I would already have them by now. I ordered them last monday when I did the rego so hopefully they will be here sometime during this week.

Ohh most definately! Also, Snap! I just ordered custom plates when I did the rego last week. You stole my second plate choice! We're almost going to have the same, I ended up ordering 'V350GT' in black/silver square front and rear. Haha, hopefully they're here before we do this meet so we can park next to each other. Ohh don't you know it. Mine is silver so I don't seem to have that problem. Mine also has paint protection from over in Japan so that helps a bit.

Honestly, I loooooooove white V36 sedans. Just a touch out of my price range so I 'settled' for the next step down. And yeah, I imported it through Iron Chef, I didn't even know it had all these goodies until after I bought it so I can't really complain.

Thanks George. Pretty wrapped with it so far! A bit less powerful than my R33 but still goes alright. Sounds really nice as well as it has a full nismo exhaust on it. It's stupid comfy as well because it has Nimso suspension compared to the 33 which was on coils. The previous owner in Japan must've been a Nismo nut as there's goodies all over it haha. I'm just about to do a full fluid flush on her as well and make sure everything is as it should be. On another note, If we are to do a V meet sometime seeing as a fair few people have shown interest in it what works best for people? Friday, Saturday or Sunday and morning, noon or night?

If another one is happening let me know! I just got my V35 through compliance this week so would defs be keen to meet up with some other V owners.

Up for sale is my 1996 Nissan Skyline R33 Series 2. I have owned it for the past 3 years and have been using it as a daily the entire time. In this time it has never been tracked, drifted or defected and has been garaged every night since I’ve owned it. Both myself and the previous owned (35-40 year old guy) are non-smokers. It’s no show car but it’s fairly neat and tidy and in overall good condition for both its age and for being used as a daily. Usual wear and tear on driver’s side seat and the rear outer Hicas ball joints will need attention at some point. As the title says I have a pair of 17x8 +36 wheels for sale. They have 'Hinodex' and Japan stamped on the back so I assume that's the brand (not a clue as they came with the car). Currently have Federal RSR 595's on them in 205/50/17. Have plenty of tread left (99% of use was daily driving). Asking $300 ono (don't be affraid to throw me an offer). Located SE Adelaide hills.
