What about the gearbox in these things? If we're talking about a motor that can go to 650-700HP your already pushing the gearbox a little beyond what it can handle, meaning your gonna need to get a holinger. Why not go up-spec factory?

G'day, I'm looking to buy a new rb26 package like an N1 motor or nismo motor. I want to get it straight from the Jap factory with the upgraded oil pump/sump. Alternatively if the price becomes an issue I will look at buying a stock rb26 from Nissan. Has anyone done any of these options before, if so can you let me know of your experiences.
