If it is the clutch can u recommend a clutch that will be streetable and easily handle 200 rwkw

Would the clutch slipping make such a noise

Hi have a 95 r33 gtst clutch and driveline feels fine untill u give it a bit it has a loud wine over 5000 rpm in every gear and feels like the power isn't getting to the ground properly there is no diff clunks or slapping between gears it has smooth changes once car is warm the oil was changed in the box recently any answers?
