  1. So 'shootout mode' is best described as 'dreamer mode'?
  2. How so? You tune a car to run 50psi and this has no effect on the turbo life?!?!?
  3. I guess it all comes down to how well you have it tuned and how long you want it to last, engine and turbo.
  4. say you make 200rwkws, what is this roughtly in Shootout mode?
  5. Not arguing if it can or cannot be done but those standard turbos packed up quick enough at 11psi for me
  6. Half a day? We have a new record holder
  7. 1. Mine has been for me 2. Yeah they are pretty good but to ya research. 3. LOL if you want to be looking at the latest HSV’s and Tickford’s in ya mirror then a Skyline is for you. 4. Not hard but expensive, I have 3rd party thats it 5. Not much if anything!
  8. If you waste your time down chap street you deserve a big fat defective sticker! I have been down there a few times, was the most boring drive I had ever been on. Couldn’t wait to hit the princes again, at least you can drive on the HWY. But yeah I agree I have no idea how Police wasting there time pulling over guys in expensive cars doing nothing wrong gives them a purpose. They would rather chase a guy with an apexi sticker rather than some dude with a knife
  9. Get it tuned ASAP! Dont get it and just give it heaps like I did, engine wont last long. I found this out the hard way
  10. Should last maybe one pass There cheap turbos haha
  11. Holly crap you are running 13psi on the standard turbo? That sould last a few weeks at best I'm impressed that with the standard turbo you made 200rwkw's with 10psi!!! That seems very odd, I have a good hi-flow turbo and it is making 223rwkw's on 14psi and I have all the right gear with the exception of cam gears! Anyway stick the chart up when you have a chance.
  12. Not sure but these guys recon DBA is cheaper so it dont matter all that much
  13. I will have a good look around tomorrow, I went to Autobarn because they are local.
  14. Don’t recon the DBA 4000 Series are worth it. Got a quote today down at Autobarn, they recon the front are about $540ish each and the rears are about $450ish. At this price its cheaper to import a good condition set of Brembo brakes. I have used these on my GTSt in the past and there awesome, the last set was sold but I think I will get a new set. For about $2K you can get a full set of GTR (Brembo) discs, calipers and pads, so this is what I will do. Anyway guys thanx for the help.
