**new Genuine Hybrid Cooler**
MidnightGTR replied to 217/r33's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
is that 100mm thick? -
About a year old but still VGC, I will also supply the adapters to suit the standard rb26 65mm AFM's so this kit is a straight bolt on replacement over the standard intake. 3" intake flange, about 5.5" long, no modification needed to fit these, just unbolt all your standard intake and bolt these up straight to your AFM's, fits perfectly. $400 ono Located in brisbane, Direct deposit or COD if you want to lay down $50 deposit so I know your not just wasting my time. FS: HKS 2540 pair
MidnightGTR replied to MidnightGTR's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
probably a manifold that can house 2 turbos instead of one serious answer: these turbos are t25 flange, you need a T3, im sure you could get the pattern changed to suit your car but im not seperating them anyway, so if you could find someone else who wanted to buy one then you can take them. or you can take them both and sell the other yourself, they usually sell for around $2000 ea. dont think it would take much to get the pattern changed on it but im just guessing, ask a mechanic if your interested. -

forgot to add these will bolt straight up to your standard lowmount rb26 manifold, straight swap for your turbos. -

stuff idiots say about skylines
MidnightGTR replied to pentae's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
I pulled up at a servo a few months ago when I was heading up north and this biker dood on some harley thing pulled up beside me. He goes "woah thats a nice looking car man, is that some sort of ferrari or something?" (because of the tail lights I guess) Thats about the best one ive had -
HKS2540 pair suit GTR. For sale again due to timewaster. Turbos are in perfect condition with low k's (no more than 10-15k done), still in my car. I can guarentee you they are in perfect working order and will not need a rebuild. Rated at 350ps (350hp ea) but as HKS always do rate their turbos at about 10% less than what they are capable of in a ideal situation so more around 385ps. Im in Brisbane but can COD australia wide as long as your willing to lay down a small deposit. $3400 delivered to your door australia wide. Brett. ([email protected]) 0413 382 678

Im looking at buying a pair of R32 Nismo N1's with serial number 14411-06u00 I been looking at this page: http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=e...6lr%3D%26sa%3DG All I can understand from that site they are "genuine adoption" :alcoholic Between the bad translations and my very limited knowledge of turbos I havnt been able to find out much about these, the main thing I want to know is are they ball bearing as I plan to run around 1.2/1.3bar. Is there anything else I should know about them, and whats the differences between the series of N1 turbos, as in from 32-33-44. Thanks
-
As topic says. After a pair of N1's, must be roller bearing and in good working order obviously, no serious shaft play or damage etc Australia only also, not importing another pair. If you got a pair email me some photos (with serial numbers) must also be willing to cod to brisbane.. or pickup obviously Thanks, Brett [email protected]
-
If you have a pair but not willing to swap email me some pics and details anyway, if the price is right I will be able to buy them off you. Australia only though, preferably brisbane for pickup. Too much hassle bringing in turbos from O/S

I recently had a bosch 044 mounted intank on my GTR and are having a few problems. Firstly sometimes the car has trouble starting sometimes, mechanic said its probably because the pump is alot bigger and needs to be primed to get some fuel into it first, is this normal or has he screwed up the install? And just recently it sometimes hunts on idle, this may not be the bosch but I also had 700cc sards fitted a few weeks after and I think I remember someone saying cars sometimes has problems idling with these injectors. Before anyone says it I know its an external pump and probably shouldnt be mounted intank but a dozen other people have done it.. Thanks

Currently have a pair of HKS 2540's on my car at the moment but looking to swapping to something a bit more responsive for more street/circuit use. Im in Brisbane and cant really afford to fork money for more turbos outright so if anyone has a pair and is willing to swap let me know. I dont mind losing a bit of money if the replacements are in good condition, my HKS 2540's are as new and wouldnt have travelled 15,000kms yet, and are worth a fair bit more than what im after so you can make some easy money here. Thanks Brett, [email protected]

Hi All, I have 2x HKS 2540's for sale, rated at 350hp ea (30hp over 2530's) or 700hp as a pair. Not willing to seperate sorry. These are ball bearing turbos that can be boosted well over 1bar and have huge top end potential Turbos wouldnt have done 5000kms yet, as new condition with no shaft play etc $3500 ono for very quick sale, located in Brisbane but will post at buyers expense. (postage maybe $30 or so aust wide?) Brett [email protected], email will get a quicker reply as I check that alot more often than forums. Thanks

Stock GTR fuel pump and Injectors
MidnightGTR replied to MidnightGTR's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
google.com -
I currently have a standard GTR pump for sale and will have the injectors out within the next 1-2 weeks when my car goes on the dyno. My car made 351rwhp with the standard injectors and pump, the injectors were at 92% and the pump still had plenty left in it, which is about 450 flywheel hp to give you an idea. Pump $295 firm, delivered to your door aust wide. Injectors x6 (440cc) $295 firm, delivered. [email protected]

well it depends how far you plan on taking your car 2 rb20 afms are good for around 450rwkw, and z32's are good for 510.
-
Why go spending $800 on bosch or nismo afms when rb20/25 afm's fit into the inlet piping fine and also use the same plug? ive seen people on here make over 500rwhp first and seeing as you can pickup these afms for less than $100 ea I dont know why people go straight for z32's and such

Changing AFM's and Injectors..
MidnightGTR replied to MidnightGTR's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
You missed the point altogether... I know you CAN change it on the powerfc but I dont have a hand controller to do so, what im asking is will it be ok to put in these new afm's and injectors while leaving the settings on the powerfc same as it is now... -
I got a set of sard 700cc injectors and a pair of rb20 afm's for my gtr. Im wondering if its safe/possible to change these 2 items without changing the data on the powerfc (injector/afm size), without making any other changes, wouldnt go trying to put more boost or anything into it. Just wondering as I want to have all the parts on when it goes to the dyno, rather than paying the tuner to fit em on the dyno. I dont have a hand controller for the pfc as the tuner just uses datalogit, so will the car still run or will I have to get hold of a hand controller just to change the 2 vaules? (no tuning)..
-
Dont know how he managed to get 340rwkw out of the standard afms.. My car made 351rwhp and was maxing them out apparently, which is about 260rwkw i think?
