+1 for the JJR return flow kit. Fitted one not long ago into my car. It took a mate and I around 3-4 hours to do it all. I had never installed an intercooler before then, but was pretty supprised at how easy it was to get it done.

Was a shame I only made it right at the end of the day, but still put the car on the dyno and had a bit of a chat with Jamie and a few others that were hanging around.

I'll be there at some stage to renew, might even put the car on the rollers.

Yeah this really is a great car. Dad and I took the sedan R36 for a spin last week and loved it. He ended up ordering the Passat CC with the same engine though. Congrats on the purchase!
